Sunday 12/22/24 was the worse day at the restaurant that was my daughter 21st birthday dinner, and it was utterly ridiculous no coke products only sweet and unsweetened cranberry juice and then the sweet was not sweet plus water. Potato skins had to much damn season on it and they was half cooked. Aunt didn’t get her Cesar salad they gave her garden salad. We literally had to ask for sugar for the tea. They need to give everyone their money back asap. The Manger Josh didn’t give two 🤬🤬 bout it. If the drink machine was not working that morning they should’ve called me and told me before we came never been embarrassed.

Great atmosphere and a welcoming friendly staff. I ordered the beer battered fish. Delicious, crispy and flavorful. Even the bread they brought out beforehand was soft and fluffy.

Spent the day with my family and we all decided to stop by and give Logan’s another try (bad experience previously). Our server, Chelsea, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and catered to us in a “you’re part of the family” kind of way. Unfortunately, where the service was phenomenal, the food was a huge disappointment and was borderline a health hazard. My table ordered a ribeye steak, wood grilled chicken, and I had the wood grilled salmon with rice and mashed potatoes. The rice was gummy and overcooked, and the salmon was great- until I got towards the center. The center was undercooked and “gummy”, and I only noticed after I had already swallowed half of it. Additionally, the chicken my mother had was pink in the center. If only the food matched the service, you guys would have a bang up business!

Went to support Logan's because they support Veteran's Day. After 5 min and 4 people saying "someone will be with you" and seeing others leave because they had been seated but never got to order. We simply left.
Typical service, great rolls and good food. I have to stop there at least once when I am in Huntsville.

So I would have to say Jennifer. You are amazing. Keep doing what you do best The cooks not so much. Man you guys slacking. My side was no longer here. Kind of sucks but it's okay. I still enjoyed the steak though. But truly would have been nice to have that steamed broccoli. It's ok though maybe next time.

Terrible place, more than an hour waiting for the food and what the employees told us was that they had a lot of people when they only had 5 to 6 tables more than half an empty place. In the end we canceled the meal because it was direct discrimination against Hispanics.
