After eating Long’s for lunch, we hired them to cater our daughters birthday party.
We had brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, mac n’ cheese, street corn and a full container of two types of pickles. Also included was disposable (heavy duty) serving utensils, buns and BBQ sauce
Every dish was amazing! Nice smokey flavors but not too much. The baked beans, which had thinly sliced ham covering the top, was out of this world. The street corn was a wonderful departure from the typical bbq sides you get elsewhere.
Their prices are great. Delivery was on time and was brought into the venue all the way to its final serving spot.
I highly recommend their food and catering. It has been a fantastic experience each time I’ve purchased from Long’s Craft Barbecue.
