Great Southern comfort food!

I had the Chicken Casserole and Sweet Potato Fries at Main Street Cafe, and both were excellent. The casserole was creamy and flavorful with a crunchy topping—pure comfort food. The sweet potato fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The historic building adds a lot of charm, and the service is friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Perfect service and perfect food!

We ordered the chicken salad croissant and spaghetti. While both were edible, they were less than what I was hoping for from such a cute cafe. The chicken salad was something from a grocery store and there was hardly any sauce on the spaghetti.
I’ve never had strawberry-pretzel salad but mine tasted like strawberry cheesecake and was very delicious.

Food was excellent and Justin was very attentive and knowledgeable with their food choices. We were very pleased and probably return again.

I do enjoy a restaurant like this, one that is quiet, no frills but just good home style cooking. Steaks, chicken, green beans, yeast rolls, drinks with alcohol or not, desserts, much more, located in an historic area with a quaint hometown feeling.

We were visiting the area and was looking for a place to eat. Found this place on Google and decided to try.
We were so very very happy we did!
They greet you when you walk in with a smile and get you a table pretty quickly.

Tim was our waiter and he is the BEST!
Always smiling, very helpful with food suggestions and kept our tea glasses full! (Best sweet tea EVER!)

And the food was AMAZING!!!!!

Highly recommend!

Main Street Cafe is such a gem! I absolutely love the hometown atmosphere—there’s even a train that randomly passes through, adding an unexpected layer of charm. The staff is so friendly, and their home-cooked style meals are always delicious. The strawberry pretzel salad is a must-try! I was most recently there for a private party, and everything was perfect. They handled every detail with such care and truly made the event fun and welcoming. Highly recommend this cozy spot for both casual dining and special events!

This is our first time visiting and we enjoy the atmosphere and the food! The blackened pork chop is on point and very tender and flavorful! Our server is very friendly and kind to our kiddos. Our overall experience is great. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and what the little cute area had to offer.
