I went to get a pizza, and the drive-thru line was 10 cars long. It gets to a point where Marco’s should allow costumers to pick up their order from the inside counter. I called the manager to make her aware of the issue and she responded and said “We know the line is long” and then promptly hung up the phone.

Absolutely terrible service. Carryout order and had to wait an extra 25 minutes past advertised time. Forgot extras added and had to circle back around.

We ordered online at 5:55 pm. Email sent that pizza was ready at 6:12 pm. At 7:00 pm our pizza was still not delivered so I called, spoke to the manager who said they only had 2 drivers so they were running an hour behind but the online orders don’t update to say that. I understand not having enough drivers but if you know that then don’t cook pizzas and let them sit for an hour. It is now 7:22 pm and our order was just delivered. Pizza was ok, not piping hot like we normally get but warm. We quit ordering from Dominos for this same issue. We hope for better in the future.

Amazing service this evening! Jailen was outstanding and such a humble gentleman. He has renewed my faith in the younger generation 💗 he had great customer service skills, polite,& by far the most humble gentleman I have met in a long time! We gave him a personal tip for how amazing he was and he went straight to the tip jar to share it with his coworkers! His customer service skills made up for the pizza being late. They were super busy. The lobby not being open isn’t convenient, but I can look past that for Jailen’s quick response to get our late pizza out to us and was apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault.

This place is ridiculous. The last two times I ordered, it took over an hour to get a pizza for carryout. Worth driving further to avoid the hassle and delay of this location. Will not go back again.

Ordered at 10 pm and we were located across the street from restaurant. The pizza came an hour late, cold, and the toppings mashed to the top of the box. Called at 1050 pm to be informed that they are closed even though the website says they close at midnight. Manager was unapologetic, short, and promised a refund. Refund was not issued.

This place is garbage. I ordered for take out and it's taken them an over an hour to make two pizzas. They only let you go thru the drive through which makes the traffic back up into the street.

I ordered food and waited 1.5 hours before I called to ask what was going on. “We only have 2 drivers, so we had to use door dash.” Ok well then where is my food? “I don’t know” ok…
Sure hope the manager sees this. Not only was the order completely wrong as you can see by the receipt pictured, but it’s comical that we ordered a white pizza with extra cheese and got less cheese and more red sauce. Second time now we have had issues with this location getting our order wrong.

I ordered Uber eats from this place. More than half my order was missing entirely. The pizza was not cut, just a whole pie just chilling in the box. I called to ask if the items were still there so we could come get them but the girl on the phone was rude as can be as if I did something wrong to her.
So she said they would have the items ready. When we arrived, they said it would be 25 minutes! Are you actually kidding!?
I guess they just really don’t care one bit. Never going back here.

The portions are the issue. Some pieces of my pizza had 1 piece of meat on an all meat pizza. When I started with them they were so generous,. Now they are ridiculous with portions. Near unacceptable. The taste is still good so I won't be unfair.

1) Curbside pickup is a joke. Drive through similar. Adding this to the list of never return along with all Huntsville Dominos.
2) Tried to order Uber Eats pizza and never showed up, two hours later. Called the store and they said it's "out of their control". If you want the hopes of a somewhat decent pizza then try this place, but probability of receipt is minimal.
