Whoever made my pizza April 7th 2025 at 7:30pm they made my pizza just right. I ate at Marco's before but it was my first time ordering from this location. I ordered pepperoni sausage ham and extra cheese my goodness it was good.

This was my first time going to Marco’s Pizza 🍕….and it was DELICIOUS 😋!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely be going back. My pizza was perfect and the bbq wings were spot on. They’re gonna be seeing me a lot. Somebody stop me 😆!!! If you have not tried Marco’s Pizza 🍕 you’re missing out.

The food itself is good, but that means they get your order right. I don't know how many times I have gotten my order and it was just wrong. And this last time, they straight up gave me someone else's pizza. I enjoy the food, but don't expect this place to get your order right.

I went to get a pizza, and the drive-thru line was 10 cars long. It gets to a point where Marco’s should allow costumers to pick up their order from the inside counter. I called the manager to make her aware of the issue and she responded and said “We know the line is long” and then promptly hung up the phone.

Absolutely terrible service. Carryout order and had to wait an extra 25 minutes past advertised time. Forgot extras added and had to circle back around.
We ordered online at 5:55 pm. Email sent that pizza was ready at 6:12 pm. At 7:00 pm our pizza was still not delivered so I called, spoke to the manager who said they only had 2 drivers so they were running an hour behind but the online orders don’t update to say that. I understand not having enough drivers but if you know that then don’t cook pizzas and let them sit for an hour. It is now 7:22 pm and our order was just delivered. Pizza was ok, not piping hot like we normally get but warm. We quit ordering from Dominos for this same issue. We hope for better in the future.

Amazing service this evening! Jailen was outstanding and such a humble gentleman. He has renewed my faith in the younger generation 💗 he had great customer service skills, polite,& by far the most humble gentleman I have met in a long time! We gave him a personal tip for how amazing he was and he went straight to the tip jar to share it with his coworkers! His customer service skills made up for the pizza being late. They were super busy. The lobby not being open isn’t convenient, but I can look past that for Jailen’s quick response to get our late pizza out to us and was apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault.

This place is ridiculous. The last two times I ordered, it took over an hour to get a pizza for carryout. Worth driving further to avoid the hassle and delay of this location. Will not go back again.

Ordered at 10 pm and we were located across the street from restaurant. The pizza came an hour late, cold, and the toppings mashed to the top of the box. Called at 1050 pm to be informed that they are closed even though the website says they close at midnight. Manager was unapologetic, short, and promised a refund. Refund was not issued.
