Terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza at 5:34pm for delivery. It was ready at 5:45pm. At 6:35pm I called them telling them I had not received the pizza. It sounded like I was disconnected, so I hung up and called back at 6:39pm. The person on the phone apologized and said they were short drivers. I told them I wanted a fresh pizza, since that one has been sitting around for an hour. He assured me he would make sure it was fresh. At 6:44pm I was notified my order was on it's way and the pizza was delivered at 6:54pm. The order was luke warm/room temperature. Here are my issues: 1. They lied. They told me the pizza would be fresh. They did not make another pizza (you can not make and cook a pizza in 5 min). 2. They served me a pizza that had been sitting around for 1 hr. 3. The order was lukewarm/room temperature. 4. If they were short drivers, when they received a delivery order why didn't they contact the customer of a potential delay or wait to cook the order under when they knew the drivers were available? 5. When the order was sitting around with no driver, why didn't they contact me to potentially come get the order? I am very unhappy with how they handled this situation, the fact they didn't do what they said they were going to do, and the quality of the food. Very disappointed.

If I could give a zero stars review I would. My pizza was to be here by 6:30 PM. My pizza was ready for delivery at 5:50 PM. I don’t want to hear the excuse that your deliveries are behind and it is out for delivery. Are they delivering five and six at a time and I’m at the bottom of the list? At 6:55pm I finally got my luke warm pizza and cheesebread. Worst Marco’s we have ever had.

This is our go-to location for Marco's pizza in the Madison area. Pizza is ready quickly and always on time for pickup. The staff has always been friendly as well. The only issue I've ever had is occasional trouble calling in an order during especially busy times, so I would recommend online orders for dinner on the weekends.

I work at Mazda Toyota Manufacturing and I called my order in at 8:40pm to be delivered at 10:30pm at Gate 4. I was at the gate at 10:30 and so I waited till 10:45 and called checking on my order. My team has a specific alloted time to eat so I wanted it available for them when they went to lunch. I person on the phone told there were 2 drivers out and should be at the plant in just a couple of minutes. I called back 2 more times because the driver ( my order) still wasn't there. My pizzas did not get the gate until 11:12 and then I have to carry about 10 minutes to get it to my team.I never received a phone call or anything that it might be late. I have from Marcos countless times and this particular one on numerous occasions. I will tell you it's the last time. Very poor business practices and I'll be sure to spread the word.

Friendly and quick service! Ordered pizza on the app and we absolutely love that they had a drive-thru for pickup that was still so speedy for how extremely busy it was.
To whichever employee at this location advised me to try the roasted garlic parmesan wing sauce with the pizza: you, sir, are a real one. That combination is absolutely delicious, thank you so much

We eat Marco’s pizza often, & generally think the food is pretty good for fast food. However, if you want to take your chances with Grubhub delivery of cold pizza, think again. With tip, fees, cost of pizza the bill was around $45. I live 1/2 mile from Marcos straight north on County Line. We watched the driver go north to Nick Davis Rd, then back south to Tribble Rd, then to our house. I’m convinced the driver delivered to our house last to be close to Marco’s for the next deliveries. We were left with 2 cold, soggy pizzas. Unacceptable!
