Just like every other Mc D these days. Asking me to pull forward or into a parking space where I'll wait 5 or more minutes for my order. It seems like every Mc Donald's I visit can't keep up with the speed of the drive through line. Take a page out of Chick-fil-A's book, improve management and keep your drive through line moving.

Do not come to this location. It's filthy, beverage area is a disaster and poor service. Management and owners should be ashamed. Corporate should shut it down. I gave 1 star because I can't rank lower

Oh my, I started to just ignore writing a review for the 4 times I have patronized this location, but McDees was my first job at 16 yrs.old and with modern technology, service should be more efficient. The drive thur is TERRIBLE! I don't know what the problem is, but I don't think they were told ,no one should wait more than 3 to 5 minutes in line. That's why you pull cars to the designated parking space until there order is ready,not have everyone wait. I counted 10 cars that left because the line was so long and at a stand still. Now I will say in there defense today I ordered breakfast at the end of breakfast hours, but the line is still too long at lunch and dinner times also. Maybe manager needs refresher at corporate, can't say but staff definitely need retraining. Food was cold also but they did get my order correct!

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. I ordered an hour ago Mobile app so I’m stuck. Never again at this, McDonald’s if I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve certainly drove off. if only I could give less than one star

The food was good once it arrived.....the problem is it took over 15 minutes for a couple of hamburgers and an ice tea. The employees are minimum wage and they work at the speed of sub minimum wage employees so if you come bring your patience. There are many other fast food restaurants in Huntsville where the employees are interested in doing something besides collecting a paycheck. I won't be back.

Guy at the window had a bad attitude and the drive thru line took at least 30 mins. Definitely will be driving farther to the other McDonald’s instead next time.

Their bathrooms are clean and they have a little play area that’s cool but all of their drinks taste like mold. Definitely need to clean their drink machines and the food is okay.

I really wish that I could give less than one star or negative stars for service!! I went to this McDonald's because my friend who is in her 80's loves McDonald's but doesn't know how to use the kiosk. The 1st time we went a crew member argued with me saying that there's no difference between light mayo and regular mayo! I let that go....but the next time we went, I asked the manager if my friend would be able to come to the counter and have someone take her order and was actually told NO!! She,the mgr, said that they didn't have the staff at some times of the day so she couldn't guarantee that someone could take care of her. Not apologetic, just simply stated that it couldn't be done!! Older people do not always understand technology and they really need to keep that in mind!
On a second note, I've been there twice now. There's been a young woman, who obviously knows the employees, that is completely spread out all over one booth, with duffle bags of stuff and is LOUDLY watching programs on her phone. It looks like she's living there, does not leave a good impression at all!! I have been in the food & beverage business over 30 years. I've never heard of anyone telling an elderly person that they cannot get service, meanwhile the employees are loud & obnoxious, while they basically have someone living in their dining room 🤯!! We shouldn't have to go out of our way to be able to get service just because someone cannot take a couple of minutes to help someone who just doesn't know how to use a kiosk! Pitiful & ridiculous!
