I ordered the big breakfast. I told them that I didn’t want the sausage and would like to substitute it for another hashbrown they told me no. I then told them that I didn’t want the sausage pattie on my plate then. When I got my food they hid the sauce Pattie underneath my pancakes instead of just taking it off.

This is my second time eating at McDonalds this week. I was out with my Husband and 20 month old Grandson. And we ordered the fish fillet sandwich heavy tartar again with a Dr.Pepper. Same thing happened again soda tasted like dark seltzer water and the fish sandwich had too much tartar sauce. My Grandson enjoyed his fries. Food was Luke warm. This McDonalds is on the other side of town.

I had stopped coming to this location because of a bad experience. However, My son talked me into stopping.... honestly if it wasn't for him I would of kept driving. This time I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and the fries were the best we have ever had at any location. (giving credit where credit is due) The customer service seemed considerably better also. Thank you all for your visible improvement, and keep up the good work!!!

Nasty. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few weeks. Every surface (walls, floors, tables, chairs) littered with trash/food, smears on everything, nasty I was grossed out the entire time. Only came in because my daughter wanted to play in the play place, if you’re going to have a playplace keep it clean. I had to throw my daughter’s socks away before we even left because they were caked with brown gunk from the playplace floors. Disgusting and as someone who has worked in service most my life, there’s truly no excuse for how dirty this place was. I will not be back..ever. 🤢🤢🤮
