Waiting for 30 minutes for a drive thru order. Owners and managers should be replaced! Absolutely chaos. Not understaffed. People standing around doing nothing.
This is my second time eating at McDonalds this week. I was out with my Husband and 20 month old Grandson. And we ordered the fish fillet sandwich heavy tartar again with a Dr.Pepper. Same thing happened again soda tasted like dark seltzer water and the fish sandwich had too much tartar sauce. My Grandson enjoyed his fries. Food was Luke warm. This McDonalds is on the other side of town.

Drive through speaker did not work. Had to order at payment window. Received food from a "I could care less" person. French fries were hardly lukewarm, tossed in trash. No one said thank you nor did they smile.

I had stopped coming to this location because of a bad experience. However, My son talked me into stopping.... honestly if it wasn't for him I would of kept driving. This time I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and the fries were the best we have ever had at any location. (giving credit where credit is due) The customer service seemed considerably better also. Thank you all for your visible improvement, and keep up the good work!!!

Nasty. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few weeks. Every surface (walls, floors, tables, chairs) littered with trash/food, smears on everything, nasty I was grossed out the entire time. Only came in because my daughter wanted to play in the play place, if you’re going to have a playplace keep it clean. I had to throw my daughter’s socks away before we even left because they were caked with brown gunk from the playplace floors. Disgusting and as someone who has worked in service most my life, there’s truly no excuse for how dirty this place was. I will not be back..ever. 🤢🤢🤮

I ate in the dining area today, and it was filthy. All tables had sticky drink rings or food/ketchup packets, etc. left on them. There was trash underneath the drink station that looked like it had been there a long time. There was nasty drip marks running down the sides of the drink machines. The exterior of the trash cans had food and drip marks running down them that had been there for a long time. The floors were covered with dirt and ketchup that had been spilled and completely dried to the floor. I will NEVER eat here again. I can't believe they haven't been shut down by the health inspectors.

Used to be great. Downgraded because over the last few weeks service has worsened drastically! ^ from 2022 To today.... Why do they keep messing up simple orders from doordash. They are also affecting the dashers money too! My dasher had to wait around 30 minutes to be told they didn't get my order. Yet got my money. Wasted both our time. 👎
Went by today after work and got some to eat I pulled up straight ahead to eat my food so i wouldn't be eating and driving mannnn the bushes right there was infested with rats they was playing in leaves jumping in and out the bushes I counted at least nine I thought to myself if they are outside the building like this they are definitely inside and tossed my food out I will never go here again I've never seen anything like it before....
