WHAT KIND OF RESTAURANT MAKES ITS EMPLOYEES WAIT OUTSIDE IN 18 DEGREE WEATHER, INSTEAD OF LETTING THEM IN?? UNHEARD OF. What kind of restaurant has rules about not letting their employees inside??

This location is interesting in that...there is always a bunch of young people...with no apparent manager or person in charge. Some ignore you. Some will acknowledge you after fiddling on their phone and/or just chit chatting. Others appear like their elevators don't go al the way up. They are extremely slow with the service. The * slow* ones challenge you if you have several orders. I was told you already got your food - what are doing with more food? Yes...it happened. They are seriously comical- and I think it's why I go back...to really check if this is real. I challenge anyone to go inside and order and just notice the staff and the service...it is a different kind of special at this location. Had a slow (sweet personality) one asked me yesterday if I was ok.. after I asked him if he was ok. It was honestly kinda funny. Where is the leadership at this place ?

(Update: The store is changing it's GM (General manager) and i talked with her directly. She is making direct changes in the staff to better the working environment. She acknowledged all the issues and has a plan to fix the problems. The issues I was represented with, may no longer apply in the next few months)
Horrible, Everytime I come here, the service takes 25-65min!!! No Matter how busy they are! The people working here are also rude and unhelpful. Overall a terrible experience... But at least the food is good ... (I order for one person, btw)

Incredibly slow service no matter the time of day. In my experience, nine times out of ten an item is missing from orders from this location. Just ordered from this location tonight over the app for a mobile pickup order and still waited 15 minutes for my food upon arrival. The store was dirty and smelled very bad. When I got home I realized I had a missing item. I called the store to explain I was already home and did not want to come back to the store to pick the item up and would rather just receive a refund. I was told I would have to come back to the store to receive the refund. I will never be back to this location as it always under delivers with no redeeming factors. On top of all this, the fries I received tonight were unseasoned and very bland. The best thing about McDonald’s, the fries, were no good… which seems to be a very difficult thing to mess up but this location always manages to surprise me! At the time of writing this review, this McDonalds is at a 2.5 out of 5 stars. Honestly I’m surprised it’s even this high. I’m no fast food tycoon, nor do I claim to be, but if I was Mr. Mickey D I would personally visit this location and shut it down myself. How low do your ratings need to be before management steps in and does something about it? Unfortunately I don’t believe I’ll get an answer to this question but I do hope my review of this joint results in saving people the heartache of experiencing the absolute train wreck that is this McDonads!

I’m a door dasher and frequent this McDonald’s myself, and no matter when I come there’s at least 7 people in the kitchen and only 2 are working 1 is always rude and never helps you. And then there’s the one who is crushing it and that was Christopher tn he was awesome. He worked on the orders I had while everyone else left them be. This McDonald’s needs to fix there act or hire new management bc workers like Chris are gonna leave and look for places where their time and energy is valued

This is the worst Mcdonalds. Me and my mom ordered 2 snack wraps and 2 burgers and we ordered a half and half tea. and we ended up with 1 burger and 1 small tea and a large tea and lemonade. they screwed us up in so many ways. my snack wraps was absolutely disgusting i couldnt even eat it because it had so much ranch on it. they didnt even give me my fries for my meal. and they charged my mom for the tea that she didnt even order. never eat here absolutely terrible service. this place should’nt even be open.
Drive thru takes almost an hour just to get through. Dining in is abysmal as well. Ordered a mac and they gave half a patty on it, came back later at night and it still is terrible.

With one couple ahead of me I waited 30 minutes for a Big Mac meal for dine in. Time is estimated since none of the kiosks were printing receipts. Food was barely warm when it came out. By the time I left about 18 people were waiting for their food. Wasn’t worth the wait at all as I tossed most of it. Good luck!

You wait forever just to place your order then you place your order you get to the window they give you your bags and off you go only to realize that they forgot to give you half of your order so now you got to park and you got to go inside and then you go inside and oh there's nobody at a register cuz there's no registers you have to use a kiosk so while you stand there for another 20 minutes trying to get somebody's attention your food that's in the car is cold and you still have to wait for the rest of your order if you can get somebody to come over and acknowledge it very dissatisfied
