My fries was fried in old grease. It seemed like they put old fries with new one ones. Most of them were super hard. Very disappointed

This location is consistently bad in the afternoon. We ordered our meal through the drive though, 30 minutes later the runer hands out meal to a random car without a word. Once we figure he handed our stuff and the person drove away, we ask to get it. He walks back to our car and hands us another bag not even looking at us, not ours. When we finally got it after calling the store, there was a whole meal missing.

It took a long time to get our food and it was cold when we received, also witnessed one of the workers throwing a bag across the counter where the food drive through food was setting. I believe this McDonald’s needs management to tighten up on there employees

So I typically come here often either before or after work, and this Is my 3rd time in a row that I get just a large fry and they fill it up half way?
if I can give them a 0 star I would. lets start off the staff looks at you like they dont want to help you, the food is cold when you get it , I walked back in because my fries was very cold and the young girl looks at me then had a attitude that I needed service I told her my fries cold she cursed at me and said they just came up when they didn't so finally I asked for a manager and then she was ready to fight me after I told her about her disrespectful self . another girl start cussing me out as well because I guess it was her sister .im a grown man .. managers took care of me but after knowing they never fired them girls I have to leave this review because its just unacceptable to treat customers and good customers like that .. I will never eat there again .. im a small buisness and im all about good customer service but that place dont have it .... I dont seeing that McDonalds lasting to much longer ...

I've currently been waiting 30 minutes for my "fast" food. Mainly getting the drive thru serviced and ignoring people in the restaurant. Other people waiting that long now waking out bc their kids have games that start now. This review will be ignored just like I'm being ignored rn. I came to get food before I started work delivering for FedEx. They can see me in my shirt, see my truck and still ignoring me and EVERYONE waiting in the lobby.
