Their plant-based bao was great. It wasn’t the softest bao I’ve ever had but still tasted what I expected it too. I’m not sure what meat alternative they used but the chili sauce they had to go with it is very spicy. Be warned. Their veggie rolls were pretty good too. I have gotten the shrimp lunch teriyaki bento box with the spicy crab roll twice now. They have soy paper also! They let me substitute items with zero issue also. They give you a really good portion of food and everything is delicious! I’ve only gotten to go so far, but the inside of the restaurant is absolutely adorable!!
