Staff is very friendly

Went there Sunday morning for a burrito to fix my poor weekend choices, which I have to say this did just that. The team working was on point and welcomed everyone who walked in. Need to specifically call out Kensley for going above and beyond too.

This place has gone WAY down hill. Food is bland, guac was terrible. Old design and atmosphere was much better now it is boring and generic. Workers were fine and are just doing their job so nothing against them but I just don't see this place surviving with so many other options and food trucks in the area. I mean a plain cheese quesadilla is like 15 bucks, terrible value here recommend a non chain establishment..

In a town of subpar service, this place stands out. They actually greet you when you come in. They don’t look miserable like other workers at other restaurants. And they serve with an upbeat attitude. What a difference. Plus the prices and portions are better than Panera and Cava. I hope that doesn’t change.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars just for the pm shift. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:30 pm. I glanced in through the window and saw 2 team members laughing, in which I thought that it would be a great atmosphere. When I went inside, no one greeted me, so I said hello. The guy that was going to build my order looked at me and walked straight to the back without saying anything, so I’m just standing there . Then he came up from the back out on gloves and just stood there looking at me. The look on his face and his attitude was very rude , and did not make me feel welcome at all. I left without getting dinner for the night after a very long day of work. This is not a cheap place to eat and, I deserve the respect and customer service that the company hired these people to provide. I can take my $40 to a full service restaurant and be treated much better.

the little boys were actually so rude when we came in that i did not want to purchase food. yes, it was at 8:30. that is 30 minutes before close..

VERY skimpy with the portions, I paid for double steak and got barely one scoop. They were out of steak and just tried to pass it off as being two scoops

First time I’ve been in a while. Very clean. Food was fresh, hot, and good quality! The workers were kind.

They aided my family of 5 navigate 3 kids orders including one we forgot to order for.

The young man was so kind. He said “What would they like? I’ll prepare it and bring it to you so you don’t have to jump back in line (they were busy) - So I told him that’s awesome. I’ll go ahead and pay. But he said i insist - this one’s on me! Blown away by exceptional kindness and service.

To the manager & parents of this young man - bravo! You made an excellent hire & raised an excellent human! We shall return soon!

Went to go get my chips and queso and the ladies behind the counter were very short with us and rude. Also my queso was upside down in the bag when I got it. She also reminded us that we can only use one more word at a time when we were only trying to use 1 reward. They were just being rude for no reason.
