Good flavors. The portions are huge. I'll be eating the stack for at least 3 meals

I ordered a bowl and asked for chicken. The lady here scooped up a decent portion of chicken, then proceeded to put half the scoop on my bowl and put the spoon back with half the chicken still on it. Im sure the management here has probably taught employees this trick on how to be stingy and sneaky so they dont have to give as much chicken. I then asked for double meat and she no joke picked up one piece of chicken and added it to my bowl. You would think she gets paid a bonus for getting away with giving you the least amount of protein possible. They load your bowl up to the brim with rice and give you only a dash of chicken. And on top of that, the chicken is so finely chopped up. The place just makes you feel like they dont care about quality at all and only care about scamming their customers. If you are someone who likes a decent portion of protein just go to chipotle or cava.

This location was excellent compared to Bridge Street! They did not overcharge me, the chips were fresh and the guy working was very nice! He encouraged the use of my app. It may be a little farther out for me; but I would rather go to a location where I’m am valued as a customer.

I usually get the poblano sauce and it is my favorite dip for chips and everything else I like. But on this particular day, it tasted different and not in a good way. It is my favorite sauce but today I couldn’t even eat it because it didn’t taste good at all. It tasted watered down and with absolute no flavor to it. I don’t know if y’all changed the sauce or if you make it and you made it wrong. Either way, it was disgusting and not a very great experience for the rest of the food. However, the burrito was made up to par.

Placed an order on DoorDash, my dasher showed up to pick up my order - the door was locked and the employee inside ignored him when he knocked & stayed on her phone.

Honestly have always enjoyed the fun energy of Moe’s. But this visit was very lacking of everything. The girl barely spoke above a whisper. Never looked at me or smiled. They waited until we got our food to start on the kids meal and my burrito was 90% rice. Staff seemed like they were being forced to work without pay especially the redhead at the cash register.

Even right before closing, food was fresh and restaurant was very clean. Staff was super friendly too!

I took my family here on a Sunday afternoon and dined in. We had a great experience. The dining room was clean. We got tons of chips. Prices were reasonable. The staff was helpful and informed us of the promotional offers. All around, it was a good experience ... Beware! The blue raspberry lemonade ice-ee is addictive!

Whoever made my burrito today about 45 mins ago needs a raise. PERFECT wrap and super filled. Definitely will come back!

Ordered nachos and the chips were completely unable to eat stale. We also ordered a cup of queso with a separate order and same thing with the chips. Typically I don’t complain but it was to a point where we could not physically eat the food we ordered. Unfortunately, through mobile orders the specific location cannot issue refunds. This is not the staff’s fault however a problem Moe’s needs to fix internally. My nachos were also missing pico and the ENTIRE bowl was rice barely any chips. Overall completely disappointing to have to throw $20 of food away. They did offer to remake my meal but we live 30 minutes away we were just in the area.

Coming from someone that has 17 years experience in HR, every one of those ladies in there working the evening on, July 28th, should be ashamed of themselves. I have never been in an establishment with attitudes flying all over the place. How can anyone sit and eat comfortably. Moe’s isn’t a Karen’s Diner or Dick’s Last Resort where you’re intentionally paid to insult and berate customers while making them feel uncomfortable.. you should be ashamed of yourselves along with being jobless. I hope this gets to the right people because Moe’s is known to be a family oriented place and with you ladies working there, it’s the exact opposite.

Staff is very friendly

Went there Sunday morning for a burrito to fix my poor weekend choices, which I have to say this did just that. The team working was on point and welcomed everyone who walked in. Need to specifically call out Kensley for going above and beyond too.
