Moe's Original BBQ - Madison

Definitely one of my favorite places to grab food and a drink. The wings are consistently good and the turkey as well. They have a core set of sides that are offered everyday and they also have rotating sides that change daily. They are all hit or miss sometimes, depending on who's cooking, but nonetheless, it gives you a lot of choices to choose from.

Food and service was great. drunk people at the bar ruined the ability to have conversation. they were talking about was when it’s ok to have sex while dating someone. Like for real thats nasty people are trying to enjoy food. Felt bad for the bar tender but at some point something should have been said.

Only giving it a 3 star because I’m paying $15+ for a bbq sandwich and sides and you’re only getting half a cup of sides… literally half a cup. Measuring cup for reference. C’mon at least make it a full cup it’s literally only two spoon fulls.. 😐

Boi them wings they are to fight for, they’re deeply seasoned, balancing smoky, spicy, and savory notes without overpowering the natural chicken flavor.

Seriously, unless you’re hiding something never pre-sauce somebody’s brisket with white sauce and barbecue unless you’re hiding something??

No one seems to care if you get a drink or not. They stand at the end of the bar and hang out with the regulars. Or maybe employees that are off duty. This is the 3rd time we have stopped here and they are all equal unimpressive.

I truly wish that I had read the reviews before ordering from this location. I am here visiting my daughter and thought about ordering some food plus sides from this location. Before I get started, I would like it to be known that I order from the Moe's BBQ location in Trussville, Alabama a lot. I requested that all my sides be mac and cheese. I was told that I couldn't get all mac and cheese because they would not have enough for the weekend, and, plus, they were fairly new to the area. I was advised to consider other sides, but I did not want other sides. I was told that I could go to the Huntsville location. This is my first time visiting this area. I did not want to go further away from my hotel, and, plus, I placed my order very early the day before. I was confused about the fact that they were passing up money now for a maybe later. I was spending over $200 for my order, so I was confused over why they were limiting me from ordering six total pint sizes. I know next time that I am visiting my daughter I know not to order from this location because they are not able to handle small orders, and the food was just okay.

You’re charged a 2.99% credit card fee for mediocre BBQ, cold mac’n cheese & warm potato salad. The outdoor seating is apparently the smoking seating. This location will have a short shelf life in my estimation.

Don't waste your time or money on this place. The pulled pork is probably the most bland I've ever tasted. The Mac and cheese was equally bad. The banana pudding doesn't even have bananas in it. The sweet tea...wasn't. ...and that's just the food review.

Took forever to get my food. Was passed over by others that came in after me. ...and the audacity to request tip when they don't even bring the food to you. Shouldn't be asked to pay extra for someone to forget my order and yell my name from the kitchen.

It's no wonder the establishment was nearly empty during the lunch rush.
