While eating lunch, maintenance came in to work on ceiling title withspeakers. We asked the person in charge if they would not work near us. After assuring us, they would be respectful, the ladder went up five tiles from where we were seated. My friend and I have lunched there in the past. Service has reached a low that we will be eating at other locations.

Service was AMAZING! extremely informative! the filet and lobster was outstanding! will be returning to see Des in the the bar area in the future! Manager Jason was present throughout the whole restaurant making sure every guest was happy! Definitely will be back!

My food was delicious and done right but my boyfriend's food on the other hand wasn't. His steak wasn't cooked how he wanted it,medium rare, and his grilled shrimp had a hair in it. However though the manager on duty there at the time made it right! SO AWESOME! We'll be back again!

I had the lobster and ribeye (6 oz) dinner. The lobster was about what you'd expect from a steakhouse, nothing to crow about; dipped in butter it was a decent addition to my dinner. The steak, however.... Yikes. I ordered it medium rare and it came out cooked properly but the overall quality of the meat was subpar to be sure. It was very fatty and chewy; the kind of chewy that makes you feel like you're working out your jaw muscles. Not what I'd prefer from a steakhouse. As my sides I ordered a loaded baked potato: nothing really stood out to me with that - it was decent - and steamed broccoli, again nothing stood out, it's just steamed broccoli. 3 stars.Our server was awesome! She told me about some online ordering deals they had, one being the lobster and ribeye combo for a fair price, and another free blooming onion for signing up for their rewards. I know that's part of her job, but she presented it in a very friendly way as if she actually wanted me to save a little money rather than just pitching me their rewards program because she had to. 5 stars.Overall I gotta give Outback 4 stars. It would have been 3 stars for that steak alone, but the customer service really shined on my visit so you get a bonus star for that!
