I purchased chitterlings, turnip greens, Mac and cheese, yams, red velvet cake and a can soda. The chitterlings weren’t to my liking, turnip greens were delicious, yams were not to my liking, red velvet cake was moist and perfectly made (my son ate most of it and he doesn’t like anything to be honest). The experience of P and G was phenomenal. Didn’t want to cook and my hubby didn’t want to go out for Father’s Day so we decided to try this place on short notice. First the chicken and dressing… I thought my dressing was fire but this dressing reminded me of my Mom’s, my hubby loved the ribs and Mac and Cheese and lastly the red velvet cake was everything. We’re going back!
In my opinion, this is some of the best food I've had from any restaurant in the area. I had the rib plate with Mac n cheese, & fried pickles. If you love fried pickles, THIS IS THE SPOT! They were crunchy, sour, spicy & absolutely delicious ? I will be back!
