The best experience tonight at this location. Andrew was professional, funny, respectful, and thoughtful! He's the kind of young man I'd love to date my daughter when she's old enough. Hands down the beat customer service by far from any location I've ever been to, and I've loved in many states. Great job hiring Andrew, and thank you for a great experience after a long wait in the drive-thru! Thank y'all so much!

I had a frustrating experience at Panda Express recently. There was absolutely no signage informing us that the drive-through was closed. We ended up stuck in the line for 15 to 20 minutes, only to find out that we had to order inside. Once we got inside, we had to wait even longer for our food. It was a huge inconvenience, especially considering there was no warning or communication about the drive-through being unavailable. I expect better customer service and clearer signage from a well-established chain like Panda Express.

Food is good, but they always seem to be out of dishes and don't keep up with them. Service is ok, not the best but not the worst.

When I went it was very busy so of course I had to wait for a little while. While I was waiting, I noticed that there was one of the workers who was doing a great job of moving things along. I observed as this person was kind and respectful to her employees as well as customers. This restaurant gets extremely busy and serves a great deal of people. I've seen some of the other reviews criticizing the length of time it takes to get their food, but considering the number of people that this restaurant serves, I think they are doing a great job!
Geneva, the manager that I observed while I waited, is an excellent manager who does very well in a high stress situation!
Panda Express is very lucky to have her working for them.
P.S. The food was also very good!

My wife just had some chicken from here that was completely undercooked. Raw in the middle. Absolutely disgusting.
We haven't always had great experiences from here, but this will definitely be the last straw.
Done spending my hard earned money here. The food was not at all tasteful. The lo mein was tasteless and DRY. The broccoli was overcooked in the beef and broccoli, just a waste. i should have gone elsewhere like I planned. That was my last attempt at giving them a chance. Done!

Stuck in the drive through for over 10 minutes and can’t leave because none of the food is ready and they won’t take the payment from the car in front of us. We didn’t want to wait the 30 minutes for the food to cook but now we don’t have a choice.
Every fast food place I’ve ever been to takes the person’s payment and then makes them park in a parking spot if the food isn’t ready. This is too hard of a concept for this establishment and we’re going to be stuck for another 20 minutes while they cook the food.

I’ve waited inside for over 15min+ to order with 5 different people waiting as well. Short staff from the store and the employees doesn’t seem bother. Wasted coming in 3x within a month timeframe. Left without any food.

Ordered beef and broccoli in the drive thru. They gave me 2 small peices of beef and 7 broccoli. Wasn't even enough to fill up the little red box it came in. What a rip off. Everything was dry like it had been left out for days. Disgusting.

I ordered my food online and it took almost an hour before I received my food.. I'm pretty patient and understanding... But I came about 25mins after my order was placed.. The cashier let me know it wasnt ready.. And that was the last interaction i had with any employees.. I waited patiently just to see drive thru, and new guests get food for over 30 minutes.. No explanation as to why or what took so long..I went back in line to get an update and she proceeded to check out the ppl behind me.. Never acknowledging that I was standing there.. The "Manager" is clearly inexperienced and doesnt know how to read a room.. Half apology and no awareness.. I usually order in person but I will honestly NEVER return to this location.. Sorry to any good workers there, but something in the system is wrong.. Big turn off.. Don't worry, enough ppl stop coming and this location will be replaced or the management will!
