I was told that I would be able to get a refund for getting food poisoning from the other Panda Express and then I was told that I was not going to get my food replaced all in 5 minutes. I would not come to this place that lies cheats and steals people and makes them sick

I spent 40 min waiting in the drive through then they told me they gave my food to somone else and I'd would have to wait out front. I waited 15 more in then ended up leaving with nothing. Everyone inside is standing around doing nothing. Who runs a business like this. Never go here.

Everytime i come to this location a worker name Luke always gives me the rudest attitude i don’t know if it’s because of my skin color today or what i came in and asked to try a new chicken and he said didn’t you just come here a week ago mind you it’s been almost 2 months since i’ve came here just a nasty attitude , definitely don’t recommend coming here if he’s here. Everyone else is great though !! Definitely needs some coaching this the 3rd time.

Brought my dad through the drive thru as he was craving for some asian, the lady who took our order I forgot her name but she was very kind and professional and also made sure we got fresh noodles for my kiddos!
Went through the drive through in the left lane, was told to wait which is no issue. Proceeded to take three other car’s orders in the right lane. I tried to say “hello?” Into the drive through speaker because I still hadn’t been able to order. A car came up behind me and I didn’t want to hold them up so I pulled forward and tried to order at the window. The drive thru worker made a face and told me I wasn’t supposed to order at the window after I mentioned that no one had taken my order and there was starting to be a line behind me. I didn’t want to argue and make a scene so I told her that was fine and to have a nice day. As I started to drive away is when she said she would take my order.

Honestly. And I mean this so incredibly honestly. One of the worst fast food operations around. They have no idea what’s going on half the time. Foods awful. The drive thru is split, I pulled into the right lane while there was a car in the left and the right lane. He took the order for the car in front of me, he then took the order of the car to the left of me. It’s my turn. At least I thought. He kept coming on and saying “please hold one second sorry about that!” And would take the order of the car to the left. This happened 3 times until I was finally able to get him to take my order.
Cherry on top? I was with my friend. They told me they were out of Beijing beef for the night, we lapped the restaurant and my friend decided he wanted something, nobody was in the e drive thru so we went back through so he could order. They started off with “Hello! Would you like to try our Beijing beef tonight?”
