The food line was almost empty during the day after 3 pm. The meats was warm. The rice and egg rolls was the best things on the line. When I told the guy the meats are not hot. He came back to tell me he checked the temp saying it's where it should be. Then offered me this little table spoon of food on a small plate. I told him I didn't ask for anything I was being nice to let you know that it is not hot. He kept on and on talking trying to get me to take the small plate. I had to tell him to leave me alone before he walked off. Then he came back a second time trying to get me to take the plate.I will never come back to this location.

I’ve tried this location about 3 times and each time my orange chicken is inedible and the fried rice is dry. This 3rd time around i’ve been having stomach pains. I do not know if it’s the quality of the produce they get in or the cooks but something has to change.

Do not come here during lunch. Been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Myself and 4 other cars have pulled over to the side and are all awaiting orders. How hard can it be
I got fried rice with the honey walnut shrimp and some Beijing beef as well as a large side of noodles. It was honestly terrible. I don't expect much but I do expect warm, if not hot, food. It wasn't even lukewarm despite being under lamps. Fried rice was undercooked and crunchy. Noodles were super dry. They didn't have many of the entrees on their menu. Not a single firecracker item despite that being what they are promoting. Entrees have more vegetables than meat. There really needs to be some quality control. Items shouldn't be able to sit out for hours on end which was clearly what was happening upon seeing the quality. A waste of $20+.
