I ordered a grilled cheese for my child. Came home to find this is how they make “grilled cheese”
More like burnt cheese. They obviously saw that they burnt the cheese but they still decided to wrap this nonsense up and give it to me instead of making a whole new grilled cheese.
The worst.

It would be great if they can clean the restrooms, at least once a year. I don't want to share a picture of the urinal in the men's restroom and make you lose your appetite.

I used to work here, I worked HARD for a long time trying to get a shift position. Eventually I requested a vacation that was accepted, and left for two weeks to visit my brother in Texas. In the middle of my week they called me and asked where I was, and told me I was on the schedule. The manager acted like I hadn't requested off (she apparently just didn't write it down), and they made me work a full shift when I got back only to fire me AFTER the shift, blaming the mistake on me. Super shitty and unprofessional. I have a career now and it's been years but because of the way they treated me, I haven't stepped foot in a Panera Bread since then.
Also, side note: the food is advertised as healthy but it's not, and the soup is not fresh. It comes in frozen bags that are boiled. :)

Right before Christmas, one of your managers, Shawna, went the extra mile for my family and I’m so grateful for what she did. We need more folks like Shawna in the restaurant biz:)

Had a couple bread bowls with soup in them. The potsto was fantastic and the wife got the squash and really liked it. Good, hearty end to a slightly chilly day. Our food was up quick and it wasn't too crowded at all. Perfect supper.

Food was fine, if not particularly exciting. We stopped in because I specifically needed some caffeine and wanted to try the charged lemonade...
Turns out they don't sell that anymore. Whoops.
I ordered chili in a bread bowl, the bowl was not toasted at all and the chili wasn't very warm either. The sandwich that I got with it was pretty good though.
We took some bakery items home with us which were ok, but truthfully just pick something up from an actual bakery.
Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair ramp is available, but it's quite long of a path that loops back on itself instead of a direct ramp.

Teankility delicious food
Used to love this location. The people are nice to me, but that’s not enough when you take advantage of me.
I’ve fought writing this but today I came in and am just fed up.
You changed your menu and it seemed good. You stated “more portions”. And I could tell it was a bit more than the old menu.
But here’s what I realized. You introduced the new menu with “bigger portions” only to slowly reduce it back. No surprise your priced didn’t adjust accordingly.
So now your portions are piddly. Plus your ingredients have changed. More profit for you I guess, huh? Didn’t think customers would notice?
You’re more inconsistent than before now.
Stop giving your struggles back to your customers. We keep you in business
