Wanted to say the girl at the window with long blonde hair and glasses deserves a huge raise. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes (literally) and was mad by the time i got to the window. She completely turned my anger around before I could even complain. She was extremely polite, courteous and made me smile by making me laugh. She definitely likes her job! Wish I would have thought to ask her name.

Went at 5:50 pm on Sunday. Upon entering the store you were met by an overpowering smell of BURNT food. Waited a couple of minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order. We were not greeted or acknowledged that we had to wait. I placed my order for soup bread bowl of creamy tomato. Was told we are out of soup. So we left.

Service was so slow. Ordered a ciabatta egg, cheese and sausage sandwich and she put I wanted no sausage when I wanted no cheese. Ordered a smoothie and it has literally ice cubes in it.
We’ve went to panera probably 3 times in the last week since we moved and love it. Panera Bread back home was always my favorite stop for studying and hanging out with friends (it was also my first job lol). Me and my husband love to come in and talk or plan things out at panera. The atmosphere is always great and quiet, so is the service. The food comes out quick and it is always clean inside (the 3 or so times we’ve been to the one in Madison).

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch today. We were greeted by an awesome young lady. She was so sweet and helpful. The manager also helped and was very pleasant. Checking in on us to make sure everything was good. The food was great and tasted so fresh. The atmosphere was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back. Nice job Panera🤗
