I hate to write this, but I just have to. You claimed larger portions on your new menu. It’s been a tad more but not enough to make a difference. And today you shorted me by so much. I’ve been getting the same dish since your new menu came out. You’re STILL INCONSISTENT. Your portions are still weak. Ripoff. Done.

They didn't have some of the items I ordered, but it was relatively late, so I suppose that's fair.

Placed an online order, the order was ready on time, employees were kind, and our entire food order was correct!

Always a fantastic experience! Sip Club definitely worth it!
Portions here are not worth the price tag you pay. I even added a lot of extras just to see if the portion would be more. When I recieved my plate, I got the same amount as last time. Why are they called extras.

My husband and I frequent Panera Bread at Bridge Street several times a week during breakfast and dinner hours. The staff there are very nice and greet everyone when they come in the door. I love the chicken and wild rice soup and the pepperoni flat bread. We belong to the Sip Club and this is beneficial if you visit on a regular basis. The environment is inviting and calm which is perfect for studying or simply meeting a friend for a meal.

Didn't online order picked up the food got home and realized I didn't get the soup I ordered... Make sure you check your bags before you leave.
I went to Panera for lunch yesterday. It was about 12:15 when I I was going into the Drive Thru. It was a cold day and I was looking forward to some hot soup and a hot sandwich. Can you imagine my surprised and how upset I was when I was told that this Panera had NO SOUPS. I thought that I had possibly misheard the response and asked whether they had run out of one soup or had run out of all soups. The response was that they had no soups of any kind. I was so surprised to hear that a restaurant that specializes in lunch meals (including soup) would have run out of soup by mid-day. I left immediately. Panera used to be one of my favorite lunch restaurants. However, I'm sorry to say, that I will not be a Panera customer after this terrible experience.

Garbage. They told me they couldn’t give me baked potato soup and that they only sell it in stores. This is completely unacceptable I will be contacting corporate and my lawyer. They also burnt my grilled cheese it was so disgusting to the point I had to throw it out. The drinks were also very nastyVegetarian options: Barley anyDietary restrictions: NoParking: GarbageKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: None

I placed an order this morning for 18 bagels. I was headed to Gulf Shores for the weekend. I picked up my bagels on my way out of town. When I arrived in Gulf Shores I realized I had been shorted 5 bagels. I asked my mom to call Panera to let them know I was as shorted 5 bagels. When she called the manager just said you can pick up 5 bagels tomorrow. My mom explained that would not help me and asked to be compensated by getting a refund on the 5 bagels. The manager hung up on my mom. My mom tried to call back several times and no one would answer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
