I ordered one of the roasted sandwiches that had the meat and all the good stuff oozing out of the sandwich, what I got was as if everything was in one jar and they lightly spread it on the inside of the sandwich. It was literally all bread that I started to eat. Never again Panera!!!!

I bought the French onion group soup to bring to a friend’s soup-themed party. It smelled great but it had a layer of oil at the top and didn’t look very appetizing.Also, when I tried to order for pick up from the restaurant, they told me they couldn’t start making the food until I arrived so when I got there I had to wait in line and the food was not ready. Nobody wound up eating the soup at the party.

$9 for a salad. A bowl not nearly full and no dressing. This has continued to be an issue at this location. Will not be coming here anymore. You can get a bigger premade salad at the grocery store for $4 and not be asked for a tip on the way out.

Best Panera I've ever been too! First of all this place is super modern and welcoming. Second of all the staff here is super friendly! I was working with Dreaze who I believe was the manager or shift leader considering he had a different colored shirt on. He was more than helpful even though I had a million questions he answered them all and was super happy and friendly. Lastly this place has a huge parking lot! I don't think this place will ever have any parking issues. Definitely will be returning to this location on a daily basis! Thank you Dreaze and the whole staff for making my Panera run such a great experience.

They consistently mess up the to go orders or take much longer than advertised. There was a bird inside the restaurant while I was waiting. Sodas have been flat and the iced tea tastes off. All the employees congregate in the kitchen area. They obviously have not been trained well.
Came in to dine in. This place is amazing, Newley built and well maintained the stuff is friendly and for this area you have high maintenance people living here just blessed to have bread in our area that’s freshly made every night. God is all about breaking that bread and just need to show you how to LOVE people and not pick on the little things in life. Enjoy the moment. It could be worse.

This location is close to my house, so I frequently go in the morning because I love a good bagel, especially their Asiago cheese. However, 75% of the time that I come they have no bagels. And I don’t come late in the morning either. They are constantly out if ALL bagels and all bakery items. It’s quite frustrating. And usually whenever they do have them in stock I’m sitting and waiting for a toasted bagel and pre packed cream cheese for up to ten minutes. I’ll leave a little early and go to another location a little further away from now on.

Paid $25 for 2 small smoothies, half a salad & half a messy tiny sandwich. Too much for so little! It’s a tiny half sandwich and a small salad! For $25! I feel ripped off! NEVER again!

The food tasted great, even though I only got a half sandwich that came with chips. The reason I only got that was because the prices seem way too high. That was still almost $10. I can get a full entree meal for $15 at a restaurant.
