Mixup on order. Manager would not switch out brownie for cookie. I told him I didn’t eat brownies and that the person who took my order made the mistake not me. He said the order was correct on the ticket and wouldn’t exchange the brownie for the cookie.

Folks, let me tell you, I went into this Papa John's pizza place — tremendous place, by the way, one of the best — and there were three great, big, beautiful young men, strong young men, dancing like you've never seen before. Nobody dances better, believe me. Fantastic dancing, really fantastic. The service? 10 out of 10, perfect, the best service anywhere. I would come again, many times — everybody should come again. It's going to be huge!

The pizza quality has gone down a lot. Lately its been pathetic. A frozen pizza from the store is better than these paper thin slices with no sauce, no cheese, and barely any pizza dough. Sad Papa Johns, ....sad.

Did not cut my pizza at all

Went to pick up my pizza and the young lady who checked me out had cat hair all over her jacket. She told me it was cat hair. They were rude to me because I complained and returned the pizzas I ordered. The manager was rude. Will be contacting corporate Monday morning. I know Shaq would not approve of this. By the way she posed for the attached picture.

Staff was too busy folding boxes yo wait on customer that entered the store. Our pizza was ordered an hr and 1/2 ahead and it was cold when we got it home. Fyi we live across the road from them. We've never had this problem before. This happened at the County Line Rd store in Madison, AL.

Just got my first Papa Johns pizza since I moved here in 2019. This was the worst pizza I've eaten in years. It was cold, and there was very little of everything on the pizza.
I do not recommend buying pizza from Papa Johns!

Xavier is an assistant manager there and threatened a child multiple times. I reported it to the district manager who did nothing. I think he is projecting his childhood trauma onto others which is unfortunate but also not acceptable.

I ordered breadsticks here twice and they always burn them!!! I’m not ordering here ever again!

Really nice and hard working employees. Great service and food.
