I just got my pizza delivered and there was a long hair baked into it. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! DO YALL NOT WEAR HAIRNETS???š¤®š¤®š¤®

I pulled up and everyone was outside smoking and talking except for one man who was inside looking at the screen maybe for deliveries. Had one guy rush in didnāt wash his hands or anything and grabbed the pizza box then proceeded to ask me what was the name on my order. I noticed he had sores or scabs on his hand no gloves on or washed his hands! He then goes and grabs my pizza out the oven and starts cutting it I walked out! To see these things makes it worse to eat out we already know of things that goes on behind the scenes but seeing it made me disgusted!

Ordered pizza for a 4:45 pickup an hour prior at 3:45. They made the pizza when the order was placed so I got a cold pizza when I arrived.

āIāve given this Papa Johnās location multiple chances, but unfortunately, theyāve let me down every time. Each time, Iāve placed my order in the morning for a scheduled delivery time, hoping this would ensure everything was ready on time. Today, I pre-ordered at 11:00 am for delivery at 5:00pm, calling at 4:45 to confirm and being told my order was being prepared. When I checked back at 5:30, they said it was still being made. My order was simple ā The Works, a Meat Lovers, and two cheese pizzas.
After waiting, I asked to speak to a manager, only to be told it would be another two hours before my order even started cooking. The best they could offer was to cancel the order.
To make matters worse, I was able to place a similar order at Marcoās, adding two more pizzas, and received everything in just 15 minutes. After three attempts with this location, each resulting in long delays well beyond the scheduled delivery time, Iāve decided to take my business elsewhere. Disappointing service and broken promisesāPapa Johnās, youāve lost a customer.

I ordered a pizza from this place, went up to get the pizza 20 minutes later only to find out I would have to wait another 45 minutes. I went home watched the status online and suddenly my order was cancelled. I called and heard the manager in the background tell the associate there was nothing else that could be done besides me reordering and then he got on the phone and told me the same thing. I tried to reason with him that it was not my fault that they cancelled and he told me there was nothing he could do but request that I reorder and wait another hour to hour and a half. That is piss poor service and will have me re-evaluating any additional purchases ... companies wonder why they go out of business and things like this will do it.

This after 9:45pm thing, having to call, wait for the automated voice thing, taking over 10 minutes for the automated voice thing, then trying to reach someone on the phone when they are clearly not busy, is completely bull crap. I donāt know why they started this, but it was a lot faster to just walk in the store and pick up the order, than to sit and wait forever on the calling situation, NOT A FAN AT ALL!!!

Literally the worst customer service. The promised one thing and delivered another but when I call to complain then Iām the bad guy and Iām wrong. No honey I know what three times the cheese looks like donāt tell me Iām wrong. And this was the General manager arguing with me. I spent at least 300$ a month there. I wonāt anymore. They wonāt see a penny of my money. I refuse to be spoken to like trash. Ive been a general manager I know what the job entails. My sausage pizza was so poorly made my dog wouldnāt even eat it. So I threw it away. Donāt waste your money. Go to little Cesarās theyāll treat you better.
Eric is an absolute gem! Heās sweet, patient and funny!! We need more people in the world like him!! Thank you Eric!

I wouldn't even give this location and the manager (Xavier Marsh) even one star!! This is second time that I had an issue with getting things that I paid for. The first time, I let it slide and didn't call about it. But when I placed my order (which I found out was through a call center before I actually made my call to the county line rd site. Spoke to that manager who was from the start an all out you know what...to have him tell me it would be almost 2 hrs before I could get what they left off my order and that they can't refund anything. He was very rude and not professional at all. He told me that if I didn't like what he was telling me that I could call Corporate and make a complaint. I asked for that number and he had the audacity to tell me to Google it and he couldn't help me anymore and hung up. So I did what he said and it's a whole process bc nobody is actually going to answer the phone. I called the location back and when I put in the prompt to speak with a manager, I heard him say oh that's s and s gonna be good before he said Papa Johns can I help you! When I told him my name he said yeah and that since he told me to call corporate that he can't do anything. I said I was willing to have the driver bring what I paid for back in 2 hrs, he said that his driver just walked in and told him they did deliver my complete order with all sauces. I asked for his driver's name bc this was untrue. He said he is not giving me any info and for me to deal with this with corporate but that they would back him and driver. This to me is so unprofessional and he needs more training on being a manager and dealing with the public!!! He was young and a smart *** and that gives an example of what these places are hiring and promoting! My young adult children would never speak and ask how this young adult did. It's a good thing that I have a camera out side and have the drivers license plate number and that non-managers name. I gonna call our local news stations about this bc who else has been charged or being charged for things they ordered and not getting delivered. Is this how they are making their money at this location to pay employees?? Oh and I was told by this manager that they only have one driver! Guess that's why they have a lower Google score along with who is in charge there! I'm over them and will NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION or even any Papa Johns bc of this experience! Too bad I had to even give them an one star!!! Being honest they are a negative 5 thanks to how they handle things!!

all i wanna say is, i ordered bacon cheese sticks and normal cheese sticks through DoorDash. and i put a extra side of pepperoncini on it thinkings i was only gonna get 2. whoever gave me 15 of them, thank you SO MUCH. the breadsticks were amazing but the fact yāall loaded me up on them pepperonciniās i love you.

A rude woman that worked there slammed my hand in the door and broke my hand
The food arrived piping hot and on point. There wasn't a long wait for it to be delivered and the person taking and delivering the order was super friendly.

This is my favorite place to get pizza, not only is their pizza quality better than other locations but the service here is awesome. Eric really goes above and beyond and he's very customer service oriented; it's pretty refreshing honestly. PJ's has a solid all-around employee with him and I'll gladly promote this location because of him.
