Did not cut my pizza at all

Went to pick up my pizza and the young lady who checked me out had cat hair all over her jacket. She told me it was cat hair. They were rude to me because I complained and returned the pizzas I ordered. The manager was rude. Will be contacting corporate Monday morning. I know Shaq would not approve of this. By the way she posed for the attached picture.

Staff was too busy folding boxes yo wait on customer that entered the store. Our pizza was ordered an hr and 1/2 ahead and it was cold when we got it home. Fyi we live across the road from them. We've never had this problem before. This happened at the County Line Rd store in Madison, AL.

Just got my first Papa Johns pizza since I moved here in 2019. This was the worst pizza I've eaten in years. It was cold, and there was very little of everything on the pizza.
I do not recommend buying pizza from Papa Johns!

Xavier is an assistant manager there and threatened a child multiple times. I reported it to the district manager who did nothing. I think he is projecting his childhood trauma onto others which is unfortunate but also not acceptable.

I pulled up and everyone was outside smoking and talking except for one man who was inside looking at the screen maybe for deliveries. Had one guy rush in didn’t wash his hands or anything and grabbed the pizza box then proceeded to ask me what was the name on my order. I noticed he had sores or scabs on his hand no gloves on or washed his hands! He then goes and grabs my pizza out the oven and starts cutting it I walked out! To see these things makes it worse to eat out we already know of things that goes on behind the scenes but seeing it made me disgusted!

Ordered pizza for a 4:45 pickup an hour prior at 3:45. They made the pizza when the order was placed so I got a cold pizza when I arrived.

Here’s an updated review:

“I’ve given this Papa John’s location multiple chances, but unfortunately, they’ve let me down every time. Each time, I’ve placed my order in the morning for a scheduled delivery time, hoping this would ensure everything was ready on time. Today, I pre-ordered at 11:00 am for delivery at 5:00pm, calling at 4:45 to confirm and being told my order was being prepared. When I checked back at 5:30, they said it was still being made. My order was simple – The Works, a Meat Lovers, and two cheese pizzas.

After waiting, I asked to speak to a manager, only to be told it would be another two hours before my order even started cooking. The best they could offer was to cancel the order.

To make matters worse, I was able to place a similar order at Marco’s, adding two more pizzas, and received everything in just 15 minutes. After three attempts with this location, each resulting in long delays well beyond the scheduled delivery time, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Disappointing service and broken promises—Papa John’s, you’ve lost a customer.

I ordered a pizza from this place, went up to get the pizza 20 minutes later only to find out I would have to wait another 45 minutes. I went home watched the status online and suddenly my order was cancelled. I called and heard the manager in the background tell the associate there was nothing else that could be done besides me reordering and then he got on the phone and told me the same thing. I tried to reason with him that it was not my fault that they cancelled and he told me there was nothing he could do but request that I reorder and wait another hour to hour and a half. That is piss poor service and will have me re-evaluating any additional purchases ... companies wonder why they go out of business and things like this will do it.

This after 9:45pm thing, having to call, wait for the automated voice thing, taking over 10 minutes for the automated voice thing, then trying to reach someone on the phone when they are clearly not busy, is completely bull crap. I don’t know why they started this, but it was a lot faster to just walk in the store and pick up the order, than to sit and wait forever on the calling situation, NOT A FAN AT ALL!!!
