Went into pick up a pizza I ordered online. When I walked in the guy said be there in a minute. All of a sudden he started cursing and slamming boxes around. He was the only one there at this time. He was extremely upset and continued to cuss and slam things around. I stood in shock and was scared. I started to leave but I seen my pizzas there on the shelf. I ask him just give me my pizzas so I can leave. He said can you see I am the only one here. He finally gave my pizzas to me. He also slammed them down and said here. Found out it was the manager. So now I know why nobody was working with him and now hiring sign out front. I hope someone will see this in upper management and take care of this with this individual.

We have ordered several pizzas from this Papa Johns and half of them have been burnt on the bottom. It is hit or miss on if the pizza is going to be good or burnt.

I am amazed how one person and one driver is pushing out great work! During a lunch rush Kristin got my order online, called me and explained how the driver is backed up, switched to carry out and when I got there...despite being the only person working, she served with a smile and truly enjoyed her work. This store needs great employees like her! It would be nice to one day hear that she can take a day off for self care.

I ordered a large original crust the Meats Pizza. For the price, I think they forgot to add the meat. This pizza did NOT taste like pizza because they over cooked it. I wasted $24 plus calories. SHAME ON YOU PAPA JOHNS. I picked up my order.

I recently ordered delivery from Papa John's and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. On June 21, 2024, I placed an online order for two pizzas, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.
The pizzas were expertly and expeditiously prepared. They arrived at my doorstep quicker than expected, and best of all, they were piping hot upon arrival. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors were top-notch, exactly what you'd expect from Papa John's.
I want to give a special shout-out to our delivery man, Shawn. He was incredibly professional and courteous. It was clear from his demeanor that he takes his job seriously and doesn't treat it as just some type of "side gig." His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the delivery experience even better.
In summary, Papa John's delivered not only great pizza but also great service. The combination of delicious food, quick delivery, and exceptional customer service by Shawn exceeded my expectations.

The phones are set up to hang up instead of ring. Don't give them money, because you won't get any food! Two hours of round and round calling the help desk line and them sending us to the store lines that hang up instantly. We're going to have to charge back the card just to get our money back. This isn't a business, it's a scam.

Absolutely horrendous in all aspects. Do not eat here!!!!!!! They will mess up your food then tell you it’s your fault they can fix it. They literally can’t even put extra cheese on a pizza correctly. They’re extremely rude. No customer satisfaction skills what so ever. I was a gm of a few different fast food places and the customer is always right. You never want a customer to leave unhappy because word of mouth will ruin a business so fast. This place needs new management in the evenings.

Absolutely the worst food I have gotten from any papa John’s ever. Ordered a thin crust Philly. The crust was burnt and hard. The veggies still raw and cold. The meat, what few pieces there was on there, was still half frozen in the middle. The boneless wings were even cold in the middle still. Do not order from this location. Madison AL.
