Update: Have to change the review after going back several times. The food? Still delicious. The service? Not delicious. The protein portions have gotten smaller, we watched a server scoop ice out of the icemaker with a glass (never, never, NEVER do that!), and on multiple occasions we asked for extra bean sprouts and jalapeno with our pho only to receive even less than normal, to include ONE slice of jalapeno. Come on, man!
