I didn’t even know this place is a competitor to The Tea Exchange! I was so excited when they make teas for you also! I got the Velvet Bliss and they made it into milk tea with bobas also. Next door to the Veggie in Academy parking lot Madison, Al. The baristas are helpful and there are samples you can try before you buy. Very happy 😃 will be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love this place! The tea is always delicious, and they have such a great variety to choose from. The staff are super friendly and make every visit a pleasant experience. Definitely a favorite spot for me! I would definitely recommend.

Advertising as a coffee shop and not having drip or pourover is silly. It's an espresso bar. Also I don't need an argument that an Americano is "basically the same thing".

Ok love their cappuccino, but I wish they have it in cup, anyways it was good, baristas was very helpful and friendly, the place is cute, haven tried their tea but when I was there are people order it so I assume it would be good as well. Will

Absolutely wonderful place! I go to the one in South Huntsville AND in Madison. It’s a great place for children including special needs children. Please if you have the time go visit here! ❤️

I went in here a few days ago and have been meaning to leave this review here, I work across the street and have started coming here when there’s a lull in the day to grab a tea. And Alisha is always there and super helpful and fun to talk to whenever she’s there! Customer service is a hard gig and it’s refreshing to see someone in this day and age treat everyone as if they’re family. Lots a varieties of drinks and Alisha will even help you make some ungodly concoction that has no business being as good as it is!

But all that to say, if you’re reading this right now get yourself a little treat here, you deserve it, so stop reading reviews and just go now. You’re burning daylight!

Took a flower arranging class here; so fun, with a beautiful arrangement afterwards. Free tea during the class; that was fun. I love Pipe & Leaf’s teas because they’re freshly made locally and have so many bright flavors. Alternative milks available for us dairy sensitive folks.

New favorite tea spot. I will always come here whenever I visit Madison or am close to the area. There are great tea options and bakery item options! Whether you are feeling a hot or cold beverage, there is an option for everyone. I love all of the souvenirs that you can buy and the tea kits. Depending on what tea you like, you can buy some to take home! Love love love!!

Everyone here is very nice and I love the environment. They've moved their layout around to make more room for the retail type stuff they sell so there isn't the couch area anymore sadly, but that's alright, it's good to switch it up now and then.The tea is very good and I've never gotten something I didn't like.The staff are always happy to make suggestions if you don't know what you want and are all very nice.They have a punch card system that works at the store and at any pop ups they do so that's awesome!Overall I really like this place and would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of tea or coffee.
