I placed a delivery order around 9:30pm! I was nervous at first because of it being so late, I received my order in less than 15 mins!

The FOOD WAS AMAZING! Everything was FRESH!! Nothing was overcooked or uncooked! The boneless wings were perfect how I like! Enough sauce for sure! The cinnamon sticks were just melting in my mouth!! I will definitely be back because tonight’s crew just won a Pizza Hut Lover back😊😊😊 Thank yall!

Your employees are AMAZING!!!! My husband and I came in last night and order 3 meduim pepperoni pizzas. I had to ask them to use a clean cutter due to mushroom allergies... They did and was so sweet and did without question. I was a GM of a pizza restaurant, when I tell you your EMPLOYEES are good ones, please hang on to them. We will definitely be back!!! Also I wanna kindly remind people please tip them and driver's... Kindness goes along ways..... Again ty all for being so kind to!

I placed a carry-out order on 1/1/25 totaling $48.00. Upon returning home, I realized all of the food items were not packed. I contacted the store only to speak with the nastiest manager named James! I was politely trying to explain that he didn’t include all of the wings when he hung the phone up! I’ve never experienced such horrible service from this location before! I’m not sure how Pizza Hut conducts business, but James needs a real attitude adjustment and a lesson in customer service!

I visited the Pizza Hut in Madison, Alabama, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Hygiene seems to be a non-priority here—one female employee came straight out of the restroom and immediately started handling food without using hand sanitizer or putting on gloves. To make matters worse, no employees were wearing gloves while preparing the food, which is a basic sanitary standard.

The service was painfully slow, adding to the frustration. While the employees had friendly attitudes and were polite, their demeanor didn’t make up for the lack of proper hygiene practices and the inefficiency.

It’s troubling to see such disregard for food safety and customer wait times. Pizza Hut needs to take these concerns seriously and address the training and cleanliness standards in this location. Until then, I would not recommend this restaurant.

incompetent ppl over the phone… called at 10:30 to place an order for pickup. put me on hold 5 times and just hung up on me the last time i called when i know they heard me. if y’all can’t do anymore orders at 10:30 just say that instead of wasting my time!!!!

We ordered through Door Dash on 10/30/24 for an employee lunch-n-learn but Pizza Hut got our order wrong. The order was correct on the receipt but the did not make our order correctly. When we tried to discuss this with Pizza Hut during the day on 10/31/24, we were told we had to take it up with Door Dash, then hung up on. We called back, the phone rung a long time, someone picked it up and then immediately hung up. We called back in the evening to speak with the manager on duty. Shift Manager Laura was apologetic but explained because it was through a 3rd party there was nothing she could do. She did give us the Store Manager, Kim and District Manager Ethan info and time Kim would be in tomorrow. Our point is that the mess up was on Pizza Hut, not Door Dash. I need Pizza Hut to own up to their mistake and make it right instead of passing the buck. We are highly disappointed.

Called to complain and spoke to a “manager” to be put on hold for the “real manager”. ??‍♀️ I was to save the food till the next day to talk to the “manager” since I didn’t want a reorder or credit for a future date. Watch out for the hair because they don’t care if it’s there and we all got sick when it was discovered.
