I was very satisfied with my visit to ihop 3451. I came in with my dad for Veterans Day and the host was very helpful, he was running around cleaning an seating and still kept a great attitude he went out of his way to get us a table. We had the best server Leslie our food came fast and was very delicious she was very polite and consistently checked on us. This was an overall great experience and i will be coming back.

Kudos to your delivery person who knows how to follow instructions!
Last night I watched my grandkids. Their parents ordered the kids online a large cheese pizza which was delivered fast, hot and looked delicious.
Under special delivery instructions my son-in-law wrote: “Tell me I’m beautiful.” Well the delivery person did and made my night😂. Only later did I find out why! Oh we all had a good laugh at that. I bet the delivery person was embarrassed afterwards. Gullible me thought he was sincere 😂😂😂😂

We are regulars at this Pizza Hut location which my hubby’s rewards will show. I was happy to support one of the local school fundraisers and purchase a fundraiser coupon books with this location specifically listed as one of the addresses the coupons can be used.First, we called in to place our order. Girl on the phone said it could only be used online. Went online. No coupon code to enter. Went to the restaurant. Showed the girl at the window. She said we don’t take it. We asked for a manager. Because we had ordered on line they said we could not use. Manager ended up giving us another pizza. But, big hassle. We asked what we should do to use them in the future. Manager said they usually do not take them because they are a different franchise or something. Keep in mind, this address is printed in the coupon book. At this point, hubby is pretty frustrated. Manager & cashier definitely not customer service oriented. Appeared they they were quiet, annoyed with us. May have to trash the rest of the coupons we purchased to take our future pizza business elsewhere.

called to say my pizza was wrong and got the response "well what do you wanna do about it". they bring a second pizza and say "oh don't worry its free", yup it's free cause it's wrong again. either take it back or bring me what I ordered. it literally took 3 delivery drivers before I got a correct order. piss poor customer service.
