I'm giving one star review simply because I passed this Rick's barbecue and on their giant billboard out front on the road they offensively have Bible quotes displayed assuming everybody in the world is a Christian shoving their religious opinions in peoples faces which is extremely selfish and a hateful negative act Rick's barbecue isn't real barbecue it's the Chef Boyardee of the bbq world just cheap and nasty.

Love, LOVE their loaded taters. White sauce is still better at Big Bob's on 6th Avenue in Decatur though.

I would have given negative stars if that would have been an option. We stopped today at the location in Ardmore, TN. We were not greeted by any of the Rick's employees. Rather they stared at us & proceeded to ignore us presumably because we were wearing masks. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS which was a BIG RED FLAG to us. Even though TN does not require masks, we expected restaurants to REQUIRE employees to wear masks for the SAFETY of their patrons. We also noticed the employees we saw DID NOT HAVE ON GLOVES! We immediately walked out of the restaurant. Not one of the employees tried to stop us from leaving. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT. It was obvious they do not care about their customers. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE+ZERO COMMITMENT TO HEALTH OF THIER CUSTOMERS=BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! My advice is to stay away from this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!

As always, Ricks did not disappoint me. I love their fruit tea and could drink by the gallon. Did I mention that you can buy it by the gallon? Yes! Yes, you can. I bring it home and hide in the back of my fridge from the rest of my family. ? I am not a fan of barbecue which gives me the opportunity to tell you that they have many other delicious items besides pulled pork on the menu. My favorite is the ham sandwich. My husband really likes the brisket and my mom, of course, enjoys the pulled pork.

I am deeply saddened to say that you will no longer have my business.this used to be a great place to get barbecue without getting ripped off. After months of not eating here because y'all got rid of the happy hourI decided to go in and see if y'all had any new deals found a new one and ordered my fave. Unfortunately my beef was so saturated with vinegar that I could barely eat it. It was burning my throat. Ridiculously small portion.

Southwest wrap with chicken is good. Fries are crinkle cut & actually cooked enough! They do military discount. This is a big plus for us as we tend to choose places that regard military service. Orders are correct but you need to ask for napkins.

We enjoyed our meal. The employees were friendly and our food came out fast. My pulled pork was juicy and my daughter's chicken tenders were really good. I really like the mustard slaw- nice and spicy! The green beans were good, but the mac n cheese, while creamy, was not very cheesy tasting.

First time here and I don’t know if it was just today but the food didn’t taste like the pictures? I ordered spicy fries and they weren’t even spicy! The Mac n cheese tasted like school food and the meat tasted a little old sorry guys
