I love Mediterranean food and Rome2Greece was such a great find. The man working was so nice and friendly, the restaurant was very clean, the food was so fresh, and it came out fast.

Great food cooked to order. Definitely worth the wait. Mr. Holly was very nice and greeted us when we came in. I ordered a lamb gyro and tirimisu for dessert. Everything was delicious. I will be back for more.

Probably the best Mediterranean food I have ever had with exceptional service from the owner.Pita bread melts in your mouth, the lamb is tender and moist, and the falafel has a very rich fresh taste. Cannot recommend enough!! Will be telling everyone about my experience today.

Very good! We liked being greeted cheerfully when we arrived, and very much enjoyed the freshly.made wrap and gyro. Definitely loved the tzatziki sauce on the gyro, it was amazing - especially when coupled with the fresh veggies and well prepared lamb. Super good and inexpensive lunch option.

Worst food ? be ever eaten. Tasted like a child made it. Worst $50 I’ve ever spent. I won’t be back.

yes and no, food is good, however both times we have visted they were out of menu items and slow to prepare our order

Ordered the lamb gyro and cheese bread appetizer. Everything was delicious! Great customer service as well. I only took off one star because the wait was a little bit longer than expected but there was a family before me that was dining in to be served and then one person before me that had an order to go as well.I had my puppy in the car so I didn't want to keep waiting too long inside, so I ran out to get her and sat in the outdoor seating and the owner brought my food out once it was ready. It was very nice of him to do so.

Chicken Parm is delicious. Daniel was very courteous and did a great job. Always a great experience at R2G.

Good Greek food is hard to find in Huntsville, so I was happy to find a gem today. I had the gyro salad and all the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. The dolmas on the side was nice touch. I’ll be back and bring my husband.

Amazing food! The basil pesto hummus is amazing!! You can always expect fantastic service! Locally owned and operated! I wish I could give more stars.

This review is based on the visit we had on Oct19, 2021.First off, this used to be our favorite/ go to place to eat for our family. Food was delicious, portions were generous, and the owner was polite.On Oct 19, we came here to grab some dinner for the family. We ordered the combo plate. There was a female teenager and a male adult working. The two were concentered more about chit-chatting with each other than actually serving their customers. The male adult went so far as to tell us to not worry about the tip because he knew that orders were taking forever. There were other customers with us and you could tell that they were as irritated as we were as they kept asking if their orders were ready. When we received our food(about 50 minutes later), we were surprised how the portion had shrunk, the meat was very dry, and the rice was drenched in what seemed like butter and oil. Also, The combo plate in the past came with dolmades, but I guess the dolmades is not included anymore.

I realize the restaurant industry has changed significantly because of our Covid environment, but the paper plates and plastic cutlery made us feel like we were on a picnic. I wasn't a note worthy picnic.

Tried them at lunch. Service was just a touch slow no biggie. I had the pizza which tasted like pita bread not pizza crust (fair). Hubby had chicken gyro and it was just fair as well. $30 with tip but not good enough to try again

Tried this place for the first time today. Walked in right after 2pm. Two teenagers working the place, no adult supervision. Stood at the counter waiting to order for about 10 minutes. Finally got to order. Finished that at 2:13. Food JUST arrived at 3:03! Even if it turns out to be amazing, won't be back, cause nothing is worth this kind of wait time.

Ordered through Doordash. No problem. We order a Gyro Plate, beef and lamb. Everything looks good! Dolmades, they look good! Chicken Gyro. Looks good! Ordered Meatballs. BURNT! Called Rome2Greece to complain, no apology. At all. Actually was told by the guy who answered the phone (at 6:45 pm today- 3 minutes after delivery) that he personally prepared them and that maybe my taste is different than his. Really. I have ordered meatballs from them in the past and they were delicious. Pictures don't lie. I included pictures of the rest of the order as well, which was good.
