Just left literally 1 minute ago, I’m still in the parking lot lol. As soon as we walked inside, the whole restaurant reeked of monomer like a nail salon. Food was terrible, the fried rice tasted like old seafood and not in a good way. I asked for light teriyaki sauce on my protein and the cook didn’t use any soy sauce to cook my fried rice with when I never said anything about the rice. When I told our server about this error, she tried to argue with me that teriyaki sauce doesn’t come on the rice like I was confused but I never said anything of the sort. I said he separated my rice out and didn’t use any soy sauce to fry my rice with . I ended up just telling them I would just add some soy sauce on myself because he had already put it on my plate. It was still pretty bland and it also still tasted like old seafood. The soup tasted like bbq sauce mixed with teriyaki sauce, it was disgusting. The only thing I like was the water, I ordered a water with lemon. Overall experience is 2/10. I wouldn’t come back especially because the price wasn’t worth how the food tasted. It didn’t taste like quality ingredients were used at all.

Waitress was great but the hibachi guy didn’t make eye contact with anyone at the group at all. The portions were very small and not evenly dispersed through out the group. My vegetables werent cooked all the way and the shrimp was overcooked. The noodles were lame. This was the least theatrical hibachi place I’ve ever been to. This was the first time I’ve been here and it’s definitely my last.

As previous reviews have stated, do not order take out here. In my experience, you will pay the same dine in price of $23.95 for a Sirloin Steak Hibachi Dinner, BUT you will only recieve either a salad or soup, not both. No shrimp. And no noodles. I understand the cost of putting to go orders together, but that shouldn't mean you don't get the same things you would have when dining in. Management is completely dismissive of any concerns. They only care about pushing out food and people as fast as possible. Regarding the actual quality of the food..our steak was overcooked and swimming in sauce. The rice tasted old. I'm disappointed because we've been customers since 2017, but the service and overall quality has consistently dropped over the recent years.

Good food I ordered a large rice and California roles but the waiter took a little longer than expected to refill drinks as they were talking to their coworks.

All in all good experience.
Only thing I’d mention is that the grill temp seemed a TAD bit too high. The rice alone had a grill/char taste though the texture was nice. But, when combined with the rest of the meal it was literally, unnoticeable.
Really good hibachi. Very pleased with portion size, quality and taste.

Went to Sakura Japanese Restaurant in Huntsville and was really let down. They added corn, peas, and carrots to my plate without asking, which I didn’t want. The serving size was small, and they gave me noodles I didn’t ask for. Vegetables were cooked last, the chicken was burnt, and overall it just didn’t taste right.
The vibe wasn’t good—cups weren’t clean, and the cooking area didn’t look well maintained. They weren’t even prepared with rice, so I had to go back and get it after the fact. On top of all that, I felt rushed out like they just wanted us gone.

Yuk. This is a really bad restaurant. Check only recent comments because they didn’t used to suck as bad as they do now!
