pizza wasnt cooked all the way, and no one would come back to the register so we could mention it. i understand that a lot of places are short staffed right now and that the pressure is high, but this was just such a disappointment. the cinnabon was good though and the place seemed clean, but a lot of lights were flickering.

I go here frequently with my family and it's always fresh . I just really like the food. It definitely feels like it's fresh and everyone there has always been extremely polite to me and greeted me when I walked into the door. I just enjoy this location.

Came here once was so good then just went again and it was horrible they need folks who speak English in here had to take my food back 3times cause everything I took off would still be on and everything added wasn’t on it then when I finally did get it right it was still missing 2things me and my partner both got the meals that come with drinks and paid for that they didn’t give us our drinks and made us repay for drinks wouldn’t give us our receipt either after we orderd and said that nothing on their menu comes with drinks when we clearly orderd the meal my advice is get people who speak clear English instead of people who don’t and just ignore everything you say and scam you out of more money

I love Schlotzsky's but this location is a dump, and their kitchen isn't clean by any means. Shut this place down and refurbish it and I will come back, otherwise I will go to the Huntsville locations.
