Went to this location after church on Easter Sunday. The service was absolute top notch. Wish I had gotten the names of the two working the counter, but they also brought out our food and they brought it with smiles on their faces. They greeted us and complimented my girls’ Easter dresses which made them smile. The food was good. The atmosphere was good. We made a great lunch choice. Thank you Slim Chickens Madison. Y’all are awesome!!!

When this location opened, it was perfect in all respects. Well, the corporate trainers have moved on and the food and service have steadily declined since. In the last two visits, I have experienced shorted orders, chicken tender size decrease, dark looking batter that looks like old oil was used and the corporate formula for the toast was changed and now makes me want to gag. I am disappopinted that Slim C has not maintained their standards. I was eating here weekly at first, but rarely go there (to any of the three in my general area) because of the quality collapse.

First, I went through the drive through and had to wait for some hilarious inside joke amongst the staff to transpire over the speaker before I could place my order and then got cut off by more hilarity. Then, I get to the window, pay for my food and leave only to find out when I got home that my order was wrong. See photo. I was starving at this point and in no way able to return to the store to get it remedied. ? nothing crispy about this chicken, that’s for sure.

Everybody is looking the other way, that is not a service dog(you don't carry a service dog), when is it acceptable to bring dog to a food establishment, health inspector are seeing this.... When did the culture changed? I must have missed the memo!Where is the boundary? where is the line? have we crossed the point of no return?If the dog bite you while you are in there, don't settle for thousands, settle for millions, I am just saying!
