I rarely visit sonic but wanted to take my kids out for a treat yesterday 11/22/25. I ordered two bubble slushies after finding out about them on your website under deals & it stated $1.99 each plus tax. I repeated my order multiple times as it seemed there was distractions from chatting and was told to pull around without a total, upon getting to the window I was told the total would be $7.17

I asked the cashier how much are they because your website says 1.99 plus tax and I purchased 2. She tried to say “oh that's the happy hour price I'm sure” I said it's not and showed her then she says well you have to download the app & order it. Again I'm
Not a frequent customer of sonic so I'm unfamiliar with the pricing differences. Because I'm in line with other customers I just said whatever and paid.

Upon waiting I discovered there was no need to download an app and the site allows you to order and the total for my exact order of 2 green apple bubble slushies WITH tax was only $4.34 ... after paying $7.17 !!!

I had to ask for my receipt in which I saw I was rung up for 2 medium green apple slushes and charged once for $1 for blue raspberry boba. ????

I feel I was not given the best service nor pricing & false advertising. And also feel that I should receive a complimentary gift card to have a better experience as this was not great service at all.

Order not correct. Chicken sandwich overcooked and I was told that there was nothing that could be done because food is cooked on a timer. If that's the case it would mean you are cooking food in old burned grease. I was told they would have to void my entire purchase, wait for a refund, and still re purchase my order. Poor service.

This sonic on Sullivan in Madison was the most disappointing. I ordered an unsweetened tea route 44 and received a cup with basically water with very little ice. So I called back in and told them . They brought another of the exact same. I don't think I'll go to that one again.

Arrived to pick up two uber orders only to be told they wouldn’t be making them because it was too late. The orders had been in for over fifteen minutes and the employees simply refused to fulfill because it was “too late.”

Worst Sonic ever. Sat in the drive through line for 15min with 2 cars in front of me. I don't know how much these people are paid, but it's too much. This place needs to be closed down because there is no way in hell this place is profitable.

CLOSE THIS LOCATION OR PUT SOMEONE ELSE IN CHARGE!!! Sad as it is in a good location with lots of traffic on the road but poor quality food and service. Will always go out of my way and head to County Line location as I have never had any issues

I Ordered A Mobile Order, When I Arrived I Wasn’t Able To Check In. I Press The Button & Was Informed They Couldn’t Find My Order & Go Through The Drive Thru. I Showed Her My Receipt & They Still Made My Food Completely Wrong Trying To Rush Make It. I Ordered 2 Double Combos; Received Singles On Both. One Of The Suppose Doubles Was A Completely Different Sandwich. My Lemonberry Slush Was A Mango Slush With A Lemon In It. This My Second Time At This Location & Both Times They Have Gotten My Order Wrong. I Would Not Be Back To This Location. They Either Need To Restaff Or Retrain This Is Unacceptable

Please do visit the location! Not sure why it took 20 minutes to go through the drive through, to have may order missed up and then had to beg for a spoon and still was given a fork.

The buns of the cheeseburger were way past their due date because they were very hard on the edges. About 45 minutes after eating, my stomach hurt from cramping. I would discourage anyone from eating here.

It’s by far the worst Sonic I have ever been to, and it’s not particularly close. I’ve been there twice within the last few months. Same experience both times. Takes several minutes to even place an order, then both times my order took over 25 minutes to get to me, and the food was terrible the last time I went. People were having to go knock on the door to ask what was going on because their food was so late. Mind you - there were only 3-4 cars there. Just ridiculous.

I visited the Sonic location near me recently to order an Oreo Blizzard shortly before closing time. When I arrived, the night shift employee refused to serve any ice cream products, stating that the machines were not working, even though it was not yet closing time. There were no explanations or suggested alternatives, and the staff seemed unwilling to help. It was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers receive better service at this location night shift 8:17

This sonic has gone so far down hill, I've tried to go here twice in 2 months. The first time it took 45 minutes to get an order of tater tots. Today I ordered a large popcorn chicken and a medium diet sprite. There was only 1 person in front of me and it took 25 minutes. I clarified the sprite was diet and they said no, had to redo the sprite. I asked for a large popcorn chicken, I guess they had a small and redid it to be medium (Still not large) but the original portion of the popcorn chicken was dark brown as if they threw it all back in and cooked it twice with more popcorn chicken to make it a medium because half was nearly burnt and the other half was normal. Whoever is managing this place needs to re-evaluate their employees.

Went to the little kiosk so we could sit in our car and eat we were told to come through the drive-through rudely we went through the drive-through ordered a large popcorn. Chicken was given a small and was burnt and was told no that’s The way they look the chicken was black burnt

Usually great choice if you're pressed for time... However last two times I've come here for lunch they seemed like they just had no idea what was going on and how to even work the machines. My drink that I ordered fell out of my hand due to the lid not properly being secured... It's just an accumulation of several small little things that make coming back here less and less probable.
