This is the worst sonic ever, they clearly do not care. My fries are hard as rocks, and my drink was filled to the top with ice. It was 70% ice and 30% soda. This is not the fist time that i have had this kind of experience at this sonic. SMH.

Atmosphere: There was a man pacing around with a SAW making eye contact with everyone in their cars and mumbling.
Service: I'm with the boomers on this one: forcing us to download and order through an app, instead of just taking the order through the stall, is very annoying.
Food: Pretty good. Mozzarella sticks are S tier as always.

Half the stalls are broken or closed. They wouldn’t take our order through the window, but made us order through the app while we’re sitting in the parking lot. This location used to be good, but I won’t be back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service was a zero; when we pulled up to the window to pay the kid at the window didnt say anything but the total and then handed us someone else’s order… it was a three piece mozzarella sticks which were cold and looked disgusting… I didn’t touch them but I know they were ice cold just by looking at them and feeling the bag. After waiting another ten minutes for these kids to figure out where my order was… we got my food. Now when I tell you the tater tots were just day old tots reheated in the microwave; I used to work in fast food so I know. I know how they should taste if they were fresh out of the grease which by feeling the bag you wouldn’t have known. The burger I got was trash too. Didnt finish the tots or the burger. I’m currently contemplating making myself throw up because I feel sick after eating a couple of bites. This place has turned me off from sonic forever -1000 would not recommend.

the drive through guy got all of my food wrong didnt give me the right drink and didnt even make my order a meal like i asked the food was very poor quality and looked as if it was thrown into the bag when there was zero cars in the drive through do not come here it is horrible

I've given Sonic not twice but three times to get my order right and they've failed all three times. Not only are they constantly out of mix ins for the sonic blasts but then the last time I stopped in was the last straw. It was around 8pm with most employees hanging outside, which I don't care as long as my order is correct and fresh. The girl takes my order, money and shortly then after hands me my drink. Mind you I only ordered two burgers...I proceeded to sit parked for 15 minutes waiting for my food!!! NO sorry, no excuse, nothing!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! THIS IS WHY FAST FOOD IS DYING!
