Always great service! This location is very clean and I also get great meal! I would definitely recommend this Sonic Location. Very well run and maintained sonic that doesn’t feel like fast food!
Our order was to go. Service was adequate. Took meals home to eat, less than 3 miles from this location.Sandwiches were sloppily made. French Fries were old, hard and cold, not tasty at all. Too late to return and request better food. Not sure we'll be going back there.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Sonic. The establishment had visible hygiene issues, including mold in their ice cream machines, and there were bugs present throughout the premises. On multiple occasions, I found insects in my ice, which is both concerning and unhygienic. Additionally, I encountered roaches on the premises. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and the management was particularly disappointing. I witnessed them retrieving food from the trash and serving it to customers. Overall, this location has serious cleanliness and customer service issues, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

My order was correct on the screen. When I got my food in the drive-thru, I asked if the bag contained 4 hotdogs. The sonic employee told me yes. I got home and discovered that I was missing two hotdogs and somehow ended with tater tots that I did not order. The food is cold and my order is incorrect. I looked at my receipt and it shows something completely different than what was on the screen. I am highly dissatisfied how one establishment can mess up so many times.

We usually have come here from our old house in Athens. It’s always been excellent! Especially for fast food. Today was a huge disappointment. My food was basically a bunch of corn chips with no chili and my daughter’s corn dog meal wasn’t cooked all the way and some random chicken was inside the bag. I don’t know what happened but it all was bad. Won’t go back to this location.

Food is usually perfect, every now and then the order is wrong but the service is ridiculous, I usually end up waiting a half hour for my order even though it's ordered ahead of my arrival

Parking: Sometimes when school next door is dismissed it is hard to get through the traffic.
If I could give a 0 I would. They charged me completely wrong then we had a red headed woman come to the truck and ask us if the pricing was a problem.. when i agreed that $11 is a little much for 2 drinks she got upset and starting laughing and talking to her coworker about my complaint in front of me. Let me remind you this girl that is apparently the manager of the store is walking around with hickeys all over her neck and hitting her vape and asking to hit teens vapes. Terrible customer service and terrible management.

Stopped in for lunch and ordered the believe number 11 the 5 piece chicken strip meal with tots maybe waited about 3 to 4 mins for our food but looked in the bag and was only a 3 piece so I let the boy know and he went in and got me took care of but the chicken was old wasn't the normal I get but the young man who had braces helped me out no questions asked.
