We ordered 2 BLTs and our order didn't have. Any bacon on them. We told yhem and the came out to get the sandwiches. We thought they would make it right. But they threw the sandwiches away snd wouldn't replace them.

Even with a mistake that made me drive back this Sonic makes me want to come back. I pass 2 other Sonics from my house to this one because those 2 suck at customer service. This Sonic rarely makes mistakes but when a mistake happened and was later fixed I was actually in a good mood after dealing with missing food. I didn't feel like it was my my fault for once. I didn't have to wait an hour to get the missing food for once. I recommend this Sonic and will return.

Make sure you check your bag before leaving this location if you order in the drive thru. I ordered a coney and they got the toppings wrong. Luckily, I noticed the mistake before I got home and they were able to replace it. I had also ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. When I got home and unwrapped my burger, it only had cheese, two patties, ketchup and mayo. No bacon, no lettuce, no tomato, no onions, no pickles. Check your bags thoroughly before leaving the drive thru window. The employees here always seem to be in a rush. It doesn’t matter if there’s a line of cars or just one car. I’d prefer to wait a few extra minutes and get the right order than be rushed out of the line with the wrong one. This isn’t the first time they’ve gotten something wrong on my order.

This is the best Sonic location in the Huntsville Alabama Metro Area. Food is fresh and the drinks are good without the bleach taste in there drinks. Plus service is fast.

Our order was to go. Service was adequate. Took meals home to eat, less than 3 miles from this location.Sandwiches were sloppily made. French Fries were old, hard and cold, not tasty at all. Too late to return and request better food. Not sure we'll be going back there.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Sonic. The establishment had visible hygiene issues, including mold in their ice cream machines, and there were bugs present throughout the premises. On multiple occasions, I found insects in my ice, which is both concerning and unhygienic. Additionally, I encountered roaches on the premises. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and the management was particularly disappointing. I witnessed them retrieving food from the trash and serving it to customers. Overall, this location has serious cleanliness and customer service issues, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

My order was correct on the screen. When I got my food in the drive-thru, I asked if the bag contained 4 hotdogs. The sonic employee told me yes. I got home and discovered that I was missing two hotdogs and somehow ended with tater tots that I did not order. The food is cold and my order is incorrect. I looked at my receipt and it shows something completely different than what was on the screen. I am highly dissatisfied how one establishment can mess up so many times.
