I love the location and I am a regular. I tip each time. Today I just want no ice since the weather got cold. Ill save the drink later when i get home from grocery. They give me half a venti cup and that was over 8 dollars with the 1 dollar tip. I asked and was told that's customary. I will not come back.

I’m a Starbucks regular and have been for years. Unfortunately, EVERYTIME I visit the outfield location my Cold brew is different. There is absolutely no consistency and I’ve thrown away multiple coffees due to it being completely wrong and I don’t have time to wait in line for a remake. Money wasted. Today specifically the cold brew was sooooo watered down it looks like tea, not coffee at all. In fact, it’s hard to even taste the coffee. When asked barista if it looks right the person who made it said that’s how it’s supposed to look. But they are not correct. I’ve gotten cold brew several time from Starbucks. I’m frustrated because I feel like I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 plus years and I’m wasting my money recently

This location is less than a year old. Conveniently located, plenty of parking with easy access, and very nice. The employees are courteous, professional, and proficient at customer service. You will not be disappointed with products or service. Recommend to all!

This particular starbucks doesnt know how to fill up a cup with a drink. Twice I have been in tbere around 4:30, and both times my cup is only 3/4 full. For the price I pay I expect it to be full.Follow up from owner response....as i told the person I was chatting with online, i didt have time to do that because i had to get somewhere in a hurry. I spent alot of money at Starbucks and expect my drinks to full. I also know i could have told the employees to remake it, but couldn't at the time.

This is a new Madison location and my son and I are big fans. The food is delicious. We love the Frappuccinos especially the strawberry and the service is quick. If you need a ? quiet place to work, look no further, Starbucks offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere!
I use to go to the memorial parkway Starbucks everyday before work have would have like to wait an hour for a order I ordered ahead of Time. One morning I found out there was on close to the airport. After that first time going here they were always nice and fast. There can be a line sometimes but never had to wait an hour. They are always supper nice. Changed My starbuck experience. I love Starbucks drinks and food. I have now gotten in the habit of if I am coming to this location to make sure they get a tip. They work so hard and fast to make my drinks.

Never left a bad review in my life but I was pretty disappointed when I pulled up and waited at drive through then at window for about 10 minutes and no one was around. I’m all for a laid back work place but at least one person could’ve came up to the window.. it was clearly open. Drove out of the way to get some coffee. Knew I should’ve been boycotting anyways but I had a gift card. Karma. Can I come in and serve myself next time this happens?

We've all been cooped up in the house for a week, due to icy roads, so we were thankful they were open. The staff is always friendly and helpful at this Starbucks location. I typically order ahead, and it's ready for pickup by the time I pop in to get it. Many evenings have been spent hammering away on my computer or reading a book while sipping a fresh cup in their relaxed indoor seating area. I look forward to warmer weather and being able to enjoy their patio seating.Parking: Reserved spots for mobile order pickup and handicap, then shared spots with the other nearby businesses.

I came inside, ordered 3 fraps and a latte. I sat in the lobby for 20 min as the online drinks were being made and dumped out over and over and the few people who ordered after me got their drinks and left which were all fraps before I even got 1 drink. The whip cream was not foamy. It has been sitting out and it was melting while it was being applied on the fraps. I got an extra hot latte and I had to ask for a sleeve. I go to Starbucks 2/3 times a day. I will say, I will not go back to this one. Every Starbucks puts a sleeve or double cup so I don't burn my hand. The counters were dirty and not wiped down. Staff at Starbucks are usually friendly and personal and this one acted like people didn't exist. I guess when I come back to Alabama to visit family, I'll go to Duncan donuts.
