My fiancé & I absolutely loveee a good succulent steak and tender potato!
We come spend $43 faithfully everytime we order from steak out as we continue to get the exact same order everytime to where it’s on file and they remember .
I’ve never had any complaints when it comes to this location EVER ! However yesterday evening we place our order in advance as we always do with “Stephanie” immediately upon answering the phone she was extremely rude unlike ever before mind you we come to this location all the time ! I moved past the rudeness and went ahead with the order that would be ready in “10-15 minutes “ which is the fastest they’ve ever said to have our food ready but I thought nothing of it .
We arrive for the food I asked for steak sauce and ranch and she made me repeat it literally 6 times as if she couldn’t understand my pronunciation but I am very punctual so I believe again she was being snarky .
Proceed to charge me for the ranch which I’ve never had to do so I kindly declined .
We get home 2 minutes across the street & all the food is COLD !! BUNS WERE BURNT ! Potato HARD AS A ROCK ! Sour cream ? NONE ! Steak? OLD ! So atp I’m over it she gave me all this attitude about our food and an extra ranch just to not even get it correct or appetizing.

After keeping me waiting for 26mins after my food was supposed to be ready they tell me it's going to be an additional 8-10 mins I only ordered steak tips!!!! Total time over an hour what a waste now I have to wait a week and hope they refund it as I can't wait all day!

Used to be really good. Had a bad experience a little while ago and decided to give them another chance. Placed an order that never got entered in, only thing they offered was to enter it in and we’ll get it in 50 minutes and we have already waited 50 minutes. Great franchise but this store has fallen way below the rest. Had to cancel my order and go to the slaughter rd store.

We have never had a bad meal here. The steak tip combo was awesome.
Find another location to go to. They had 12 plus employees all asking who did what. They only made half the order and then we had to wait. Once me and my husband got back to our offices, they put all the extra stuff I ordered in his box and vice versa. My steak sandwich every time I took a bite, I had to use my teeth to pull it apart. Complete chaos. For utensils we were only given knifes. Good look eating back potatoes with only plastic knifes.

Respectfully, this is terrible. This might actually be the worst, most bland burger I’ve ever had in my entire life. It’s like someone in their staff is allergic to seasoning and so they can’t even have it near the place. They also don’t have any fries which can be overlooked if the burger was good. But it’s not. I am so sorry for my honesty the staff was incredibly kind. 😭😭 I do like the size of the burger and how fresh the toppings were. But the patty itself tastes like cafeteria food. I’d happily pay $30 for 2 burgers and 2 bags of lays chips if it was better!
