If I could give a zero I would. Maybe the single worst dining experience ever. Stay away unless you enjoy waiting over 1 hour for your food, no service, a manager who only gave excuses, and terrible food. Waste of my time and money. It wasn’t just our table. We watched as multiple tables left, orders not fulfilled, and excuses after excuse given. Never again Outback never again.

Under cooked my chicken. Called in about it, and the sorry manager wouldn’t come to the phone. I had to play telephone between him and the order taker. Explained to them that I am very ill, and had actually just left urgent care before picking up my order. and am not able to come back today. The only resolution that they had was to come back for a “trade”. Very rude and tacky. Reporting to the BBB and coming for a refund on Monday.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for 20 years, but today was my last visit. The customer service has declined significantly, and my experience today confirmed my decision not to return.
The older lady working the front desk was extremely short and condescending. When I arrived, she didn’t mention the free drinks before ringing up my order. When I asked about them, she replied in a dismissive tone that because I had purchased three meals, I qualified for the drinks.
Her attitude continued throughout the transaction. She ripped the ticket from the machine, acted inconvenienced, and when she finally brought my tea, she handed me my burger in a way that made the situation unnecessarily awkward. Instead of simply placing it in the bag I was holding open, she stared at me and muttered something under her breath before storming off to get another bag.
This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Maybe she was having a bad day, but someone with that attitude should not be the face of your company.

It’s been since 2014 since Ive been to a Steak-Out. This is a solid spot for steak and potato! Steak tips were seasoned well. Sweet potato was good. No complaints. Great service as well. Health score 97 which is always a plus. $20 not bad price either for everything I got. Order: steak tips 6 oz, sweet potato, side salad, yeast role, bottled water. But don’t take my word for it come see for yourself. Later foodies
