Excellent service, good food, great people, online ordering. 5⭐️
The order process for this location is horrible!!! I have called over 30 plus times within a 2hr timeframe and no ans or the phone line is busy?? Unless they are just ignoring the calls or taking the phone off the hooks, this is absolutely ridiculous.
The owner of this location could probably be making double, if the staff actually answered the phone.
After over 15 minutes of constant calling(40+ attempts) we continued to receive a busy signal. Decided to use Texas Roadhouse Online Ordering instead and went an picked it up. You would think a business whose entire business model revolves around people calling in orders, would have a more robust phone system. It is 2020, have they not heard of online ordering?
