Missing items for order. Paid for a loaded potato, only received a dry overcooked potato and butter. Burger was very dry. We really wanted to like this place. We will try one more time and update review.

Placed an online delivery order and waited 1.5 hours and still no food. Called multiple times and no answer. I decided to drive over and see what was taking so long, when I arrived my food had not even been started, they said the grill went down but no one called to let me know what was going on. I didn't want to wait an additional 20 minutes for the order to be made so I requested a refund which they told me would take 3-4 days. Terrible service!!!!

Been a long time since I had SteakOut & I missed it. Live down street now so online ordered. Food is still good but staff was lost even if nice. Took at least 20mns longer than stated after having trouble finding order. Cook line had no direction while most of the cashier staff just walked around and chatted
