If you have subway coupons it’s not a good idea to come here they will give you a nasty attitude and discriminate you by giving you dirty looks never has this happened to me before. Very unprofessional. Subway sends me coupons in the mail and I should be able to use them without being treated differently.

Usually my sandwhich place to go. Probably average every two weeks. Today I walked out after the sandwich was made. Another customer handed me a coupon and the workers through a fit. Saying cheap skate and saying not cool and such. Then acting weird toward me. Was that worth loosing a dollar when my sandwhiches are always over 12 bucks at subway. I won't be back. No wonder subways are closing at a high rate every year.

Bhauna & Nick and the rest of their team is delightful!!! They are kind and friendly. They treat me with politeness and humor.I enjoy learning unique things from them For example how to pronounce Bhauna's name.They are careful to make my sandwich anyway that I ask and to get it right.I go out of my way to go to that specific one because they go out of the way to make me feel welcome and appreciated. I love the people there and the atmosphere!They are a joy!

Don't waste your time coming here just go to a standalone subway. Like most of the reviews the staff are rude and do not want to communicate with you. They refused my coupon didn't cancel my order, my friend went to order with his coupon scanned it on my subs and refused to make the subs he wanted so both of us wasted 2 bogo coupons because the staff don't communicate in English very well.

The Indian lady and man owner are very rude.They have a smart mouth considering I always speaking.I went in thier today and I was in line behind a lady as I was waiting on my turn.A lady and daughter came in there saying thier food was mess up and they had their receipts and food.Mine you I was next in line.So they didn’t wait on me and started remaking the sandwich and started waiting on other customers.Then the man (Onwer had the nerve to tell me to get in line when I already was I didn’t want a sandwich so when the lady who got a sandwich I moved up in line beside her.They saw me.I walked out.I should of knew better because one day I went in there this little black girl was working by herself I said where is your help.She replied that the owner was back there sleep.I knew then that they were low down dirty dogs.My food had a load of hair in it!

Went here for a footlong sandwich and the man that prepared the sandwich was sniffing the whole time while making my sandwich. Very disgusting ? for a business. They was also rude and put the minimal on my sandwich. I didn't even eat it I will never return. Poor Customer service.

This morning I had to meet my friends that were shopping at a Walmart store where this Subway restaurant is located. I texted my friends and they said they will meet me at the entrance shortly. In the meantime, I walked into Subway restaurant that was completely empty and took a seat. Within 20 seconds I had a restaurant manager asking me if I want to buy a sandwich. I told him that I was just waiting for my friends and will be leaving shortly. He told me that I have to leave immediately, since I am not a customer! I asked him how do I hurt his business by occupying one seat at completely empty restaurant? I also repeated that I would be leaving in few minutes. His rude response was that I must read a sign. Then manager’s wife or girlfriend came over and started telling me that I have to leave as well. I got pretty frustrated, but luckily my friends came over and we left without an escalation of the conflict.Message to the manager. My family bought some sandwiches from your place before, but I assure you, we will not buy another one from your place. You are a terrible person with awful manners, and definitely not a smart businessman. Needless to say, I will tell this story to my friends to ensure they do not run into such a horrible treatment at your restaurant and never spend a dollar there.Message to Subway. May be you should consider training your employees how to be polite and friendly to people.

The lady who took my order, with the white eye lashes. Upon arrival - very rude, and dismissive. I’m such a happy customer service oriented person so it immediately drew me back. But I brushed it off and continued with my order. I came in with a coupon for a foot long sun 6.99 she pointed at menu abruptly and said this all you can get and walked away. I saw the menu which had about 8 options, so fine with me. (Even though the coupon doesn’t say that. It lists which sandwiches are excluded. Throughout the process of making my order she was so rude like she hates me and her job and anyone who comes with a coupon. Lol I will not return. And I’d advise anyone who cares about good service not too either.

Horrible service. Rhavana was rude. Kept throwing hands up. Even if there could have been a language barrier, was just plain out rude service. Didn't know what a footlong was. Had attitude wanted to argue. Was rushing people to get order. I don't see how that woman still has a job there. Manager Nick took over order, asked for our or items to be toasted, was not toasted. Was put in oven for 10 sec. Sad part is they were rude to other customers. Very sad and poor service. Worst subway I have ever been too. The only good thing I will say, the store did seem clean. All in all, just POOR service.
