It was great to visit such a clean Subway, especially here in Madison. The staff were all polite and quick with my order. Excellent customer service! Even though it’s a bit of a drive from home, it’s definitely worth it.
My family and I visited this Subway today, and we were really impressed. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch, BMT, and Tuna subs — all were delicious! Mrs. Rose, the manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. We really appreciated the excellent service and will definitely be coming back next time
*** 1/10/24 Update: I stopped by this Subway after the remodel was complete, the people are still nice but be mindful that the meat and cheese section has a metal cover ovet it, so you cannot see what they are putting on your sandwich. One of the sandwiches I ordered was a turkey and the person who ate that sandwich stated that there was turkey and salami on the sandwich (not what they ordered and not something they normally eat) so they ended up getting ill.
