My experience at Super Chix was excellent. I ordered The Simple, and it was prepared perfectly—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Quality food done right.
What truly elevated the experience was Jose. He was genuine, courteous, friendly, and highly professional throughout my visit. He represented both himself and the company exceptionally well and left a lasting impression. That level of authentic, attentive customer service is rare, and it speaks volumes about Super Chix’s culture. I sincerely hope Jose is recognized and appreciated for the standard of service he delivers, especially to its Military customers.

Food was good but not great. The cashier was rude, didn't offer a receipt, rushed through the order and selected large fries for us both without offering a smaller size. The chicken is well cooked and breaded but the sauces are all sub par. Not worth the exorbitant prices

I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!

Jose is the best. I walked in on a casual Monday night for some ice cream and he was working very hard and told me they ran out of vanilla ice cream so he gave us a mint oreo pint on the house! This man was the nicest man possible, made my night just by the kind things he did! Such a genuine person. Give this guy a raise!!!
Was visiting Huntsville and saw this place and have never tried it. Not one located near where I am. Great service, very tasty fries and chicken.

When I first walked in, I was greeted by Jaime, and from there I was fully taken care of—from ordering, to being asked if I was okay, and even receiving a ‘Goodbye, have a nice day’ on the way out. I will definitely be coming back.

The food here is delicious. The portions and pricing are good. Where they really shine is their customer service. Everybody is so friendly, and genuinely concerned that you have a good visit. That kind of customer service is very hard to find now. I eat there often and their service brings me back as much as the food.
