This is far and away our favorite fast casual restaurant around! The food is always prepared perfectly, the ingredients are quality, the portions are generous, and they have the best service I’ve ever seen at a fast casual restaurant. Someone is constantly busing tables and checking if you need anything. Their kids meals are an excellent value too since they come with a side, drink, and large dessert!
I have been to both locations in Huntsville several times. The quality of our food has always been superb, and sometimes the service is stellar. Today I ordered my regular Asian Sesame salad with grilled chicken - it’s fantastic! - through the app. When I arrived at the exact time I scheduled my pickup for, I was greeted right away and no less than three people got right to work trying to find my order. After a few minutes, I realized I’d ordered for pickup at the wrong location. I explained my error, asked to order another, and said I would call the other store and let them know they can toss it. The man who was trying to help me, likely a shift leader or manager, offered to make me another at no cost and call the other store for me. I got my perfect salad in record time, hand delivered. He didn’t ask me for a review, but I promised I would post a GREAT one. It’s been a long time since I received that much courtesy from a restaurant of any kind. Way to go above and beyond!
The food here is really good. Everything comes out hot and serving sizes are great. I love the sauces as well.

First time coming and it was amazing. Both Jose and Jamie did a great job and had excellent service. Will be coming in again and recommending to other people. Only complaint is it’s a little pricey but the food was great so it was worth it.

So we ordered a take out order via uber eats. Everything was great, we love super chix but one of the sandwiches was not what we ordered. We tried to remedy the situation through uber eats but they did not provide any solution for the wrong sandwich. So, I reached out to this location myself and I spoke to the manager, who was super sweet, and he looked up our order and offered to fix it immediately. He offered their custard even for messing up the order, which we didn’t need because we had already ordered some so declined that, but still him offering was so kind. He sent someone out from their store directly to deliver the correct sandwich and it was perfect. Absolutely outstanding customer service and great food, will definitely continue to eat here as much as possible. Thank you for the experience!

Service is quick and friendly, it's Five guys, but chicken.
All I can say is WOW! This was my first time at Super Chix and it did not disappoint. The chicken tenders were very tender and delicious. I would say they are Raising Cane's like, but with a slightly heavier batter. The fries are amazing and easily beat Cane's fries. This is a must try and I will be coming back in the future!

We ordered togo last night - 3 Korean bbq sandwiches-Tenders/Fries & Loaded Fries - Everything was delicious -great flavor however -Our Korean bbq sandwiche Bottom Buns were completely soaked from the slaw & inedible (super disappointing) couldn't eat it as a sandwich so just ate the top bun with the chicken & threw the rest away (you know what happens to bread when it gets wet- soupy mess)
*Please put the Slaw on the side for togo orders & this will not happen

Great place to eat. The fried chicken is excellent. I got the fries with cajun seasoning and they were great plain and even better when dipped in ranch. I love that they have all the sauces out for you to try. I ordered the regular fries and it could've been enough for 2 people. You can see in the picture they covered half of my tray! The cashier was great and encouraged me to download the app so I could get free fries. ;-)
My friend got the grilled chicken and maybe a large fry? I forgot to ask her but she had even more friends than I did!
They have indoor seating and an outdoor patio area that's completely covered and screened in and has fans. Would definitely eat here again!
