Food is great and super friendly staff but the price point is just too high for the amount of food provided. No combination options makes the price point sting more but I will still return on occasion. Would just rather eat steak for those prices personallyPrices have gone up since this review. Just a salad with no drink will run you 12-15 dollars. Just a sandwich with no fries or drinks is more than 10. Kids meals are almost 10. Chicken slider and house salad was great (added a little of the Nashville hot sauce to spice it up). I’ll have to try the fries and custard on the next visit.

Food is good. Will never understand how hard it is to remember to put sauces in the bag though. This is the THIRD time I have paid extra for sauce and they have forgotten it.UPDATE 2/20 - forgot sauces again for the fourth time now. The food is so good but I always look forward to the signature sauce. Also wish they would tape the bag closed for delivery.

He is always in good spirits and super friendly when we visit, happy to help, and patient when we are indecisive or change our minds on our order after he's input the data into the system. More food workers could take a clue from Jose. Give this man a raise!The food here at the Madison super chic is always spot on, so hats off to the cooks on the line!The restaurant is always clean and the self service items are always stocked.Great job team Madison!Oh yeah, and they play great 70s and 80s rock and roll like Rush, Kansas, Ramones, Van Halen, Aldo Nova and more. Love Super Chix — best chicken sandwiches around! Extra large filet of chicken breast lightly breaded and fried perfectly. The deep fried Avocada Chicken salad is a delicious addition for those looking for a healthier meal!
