We had such a great experience at Sweet Charlie’s in Madison! The shop was clean, fun, and welcoming, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. Kay helped us during our visit and she was amazing, friendly, patient, and made sure we had exactly what we wanted. Her great attitude really made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!
Went for the first time in the evening and the staff was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome and kept everyone smiling. She was all alone so the wait was long but I got a blaster for the first time and she walked me through the mix in options and flavor combinations.
We had a great experience! We were welcomed when we walked in the door. We got three different items and they were all tasty. Kay was so sweet and gave us incredible service especially since she was the only one working. Our child has a nut allergy and she made his ice cream on a clean surface with clean utensils so there was no contamination. We will definitely be back!
