When I came through the drive through the woman who took my order (Ralita) was so kind and welcoming plus it only took 3 minutes to order and get my food. She was so welcoming and friendly definitely need more of her and they should keep this worker because I will be definitely coming back to see her

I made it to the drive thru at approximately 11:58 a.m didn’t make it to the window until 12:32 received my food got ready to eat the meat was colder than the lettuce I turned around came in the inside to speak with someone it is now 12:56 and know was has acknowledged the line of customers in the lobby and the young lady in drive thru was very rude as well as the gentleman fixing the orders … this is the worst fast food experience I have ever experienced

Git taco salad and it was really only lettuce, no meat for real. And they added sour cream for some reason, probably to hide the fact that it was all lettuce and a 1/4 teaspoon of meat! Very disrespectful and disappointing 😞

Visited the Taco Bell on Madison Blvd and had a poor experience. The employee taking my order was mumbling and hard to understand. When I politely mentioned it, she became callous and immediately shut the window. I also have to remind them every time for sauce because my request seems to be ignored. This is the second time I’ve dealt with issues at this location, and it will be my last visit.

All I can say is WOW…I’m never returning to this location. Last Tuesday I dealt with the night time manager, who is an absolute nightmare of a person. Decided to argue with me in the drive through and completely disregarded what I was saying to prove himself right. Bold for someone who couldn’t remember to put the $1 dipping sauce in the bag. Hope they fire that man so I can go back to this location.

Went in for lunch today. Tammy took my order. She was awesome!! Such a sweet lady,very welcoming. Although they were very busy. My food came very quickly. It was very fresh and hot. The store was clean. Condiment station was fully stocked. I have to say,best Taco Bell experience ever.
Food is good, but this store sets its pricing noticeably higher than the nearby Huntsville store. Shame, as the employees are nice here
