Pulled up and ordered at 10:38, no wait line. Had us pull around to the front where there were 5 other cars waiting then proceeded to sit for the next 20 minutes before they brought the food out. I guess they had us pull through so it would make their wait times look better than they are. The food wasn’t hot it was lukewarm.

My family loves Taco Bell! We just moved to this area and have been to this TB probably 3x and everytime it was less than satisfactory. First time everything was stale tasting, the chalupas, potatoes and the soda was flat. Went again a couple weeks later and they were out of Mountain Dew and Rootbeer. The final time we went, the Chalupas were stale again and the soda was lacking CO2. One thing we love about TB is the ratio of carbonation and syrup always seems to be perfect for a crisp refreshing drink but not here. This location needs some serious quality control.

The manager was willing to allow for me to place an online order which was then brought out to me even though the dining room was closed. My ride never came back after dropping my dog and I off at the vet ER so I was unable to go through drive through.

Very displeased. This Taco Bell has gone downhill bad. You'd think I'd know to check my order when picking up after ordering on the mobile app. First, I order before I left work and took 20 minutes to get there. OK I expect it to maybe be a little cold. Nope, get there and 1 car in front of me and have to wait 10 minutes once I get to the window. Ok, no problem, my food will be hot. Nope. While I'm waiting, there are 5 people standing there doing nothing. I get my order and I ask the lady who hands it to me if it's all correct. (There was a line now behind me and I didnt want to make those people wait any longer than they needed to). She informs me that it was all there and it was double checked. I drive home and low and behold, half my order wasn't there. I ordered a 2 pack of the chicken street tacos that I only received 1. Ordered the 2 pack of steak street tacos and only received 1. I ordered the 12 pack of Cinnabon and didn't receive them. My steak bowl was very skimpy. It had maybe an 1/8 cup of rice. 7 tiny pieces of steak and barely took up half the bowl. The 3 burritos that were ordered hardly had anything in them as the tortillas were wrapped around twice so more tortillas than anything. The loaded beef nachos were far from loaded. I had a create your own box and didnt get the fiesta potatoes that i ordered with that. Definitely not $50 well spent. Tried to call the restaurant to inform them and nobody answered....at 9:35PM.

Horrible service. Just horrible. Get there takes them a while to even acknowledge me at the speaker. Don’t even get to the window yet and she’s throwing my drink out the window demanding to pull around and park and they’ll bring the food out out. Meanwhile running back outside to smoke with what I assume is another coworker. This is at 10:20pm still have hours to go until close.
