This location pretty regularly gets orders wrong. About half the time I order from here, something is either missing from the order, or a modification to an item is ignored.

It also takes a long time to get my order most of the time. This is most likely an issue with staffing and management.

Do I love Taco Bell, yes! Second day in a row stopping for lunch, but a different Taco Bell.

The food here was hot, fresh and full. I'll definitely be back.

As you can tell I paid extra for the pico on both chicken cantina quesadillas with no chipotle.. obviously they made what they want. No pico and had chipotle sauce on them. Also was given chips and nacho cheese when I asked for cinnamon twist. Paid for a side of creamy jalapeño and didn’t get that either…..

Not sure how you have a display up where everything gets made, you have a bagger that should be double checking everything is in the bag, and yet nothing you get is right and stuff is constantly forgotten.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell ever!! Every single visit, my order is incorrect. They are either leaving things out or giving you regular when you ordered supreme. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is the only Taco Bell I know that takes your order, and payment, gives you the drink, then asks you to go around and park in the parking lot like your at a drive in. Why!!! There is literally only ONE other customer in line. This has been going on far too long!! I usually attempt to speak to a manager initially but I am never able to get anyone to answer. I am tired of receiving poor customer service and crappy food. We all work hard and deserve better!!

The food is ok but the service is often wildly inconsistent. Some days you'll get your order in a matter of minutes, others you'll get it after 20 minutes. The quality of the food itself is usually more consistent but is also subjective to variance.

Taco Bell continues to slide downhill. It use to be at least a value. Now the inside is gross and you have to order at a kiosk. The workers don't want to interact at all. They have gone out of the way to discourage dining inside.

It's Taco Bell. I recommend regular crunchy tacos. The new chicken nuggets/chunks are good. Waày better than McDonald's but only one of the three stores I went to had then. Seems they dropped the ball logistically.

Trash! I don't know why they stopped toasting the tortillas but this is my last time visiting. The 5 layer burrito didn't get to the 2-5 layer until the last bite. I don't know who is running this establishment but I would not recommend. Trash!!

My husband went through the drive through got 6 tacos, 2 burrito supremes and 2 bean burritos. The tacos were all stuck to the wrappers and broken, the burrito Supremes did not have beef or sour cream, the bean burritos were ok. One, I put in the fridge because I'll probably take it back tomorrow. We all work hard for the money we spend at your establishment and we expect an acceptable product.

Just got home after a long day, picked up dinner because it was late and other options were closed. Get home and the order is completely wrong- there was no reason for me to get the wrong order when only 1 car was behind me. How do you mess that up? Clearly lazy employees who did not care at all about another person’s day. Glad I paid 20$ for someone else’s food…
