I am on a bussines trip and found this place and I had to tryout not the food is delicious their service is nice employees are friendly. such a pleasant experience.i had to comeback. It was just as delicious as the first. Great job guys your food is delicious

I stopped on a whim (while shopping Michael's for something) and ordered 3 dinner plates to go. Quesobirrias were devoured in minutes. So delish. Carne Asada and Carnitas de Puerco were shared over 2 nights now. So yummy. My car ride home yesterday was so long with the yummiest smell. I knew it was gonna be good and these dinners did not disappoint our taste buds! Thank you so much for making such yummy food Taqueria don pancho! Omnomnom!!!

Small shopping center Mexican food, recently updated menus. Your food and portions depend on who's cooking. Service is patient and friendly. Food on my first visit was pretty poor. I got the taco mix and only the pastor was edible, the rest of the meats had a hint of good flavor but were dry and crunchy. Friends had a pretty good experience when they came in. They mentioned the food was better and portions were larger when they came in and the Mamacita was in the kitchen. I decided to give them another try. The quesadilla I got was pretty mediocre, it lacked any distinct flavor and was pretty bland overall.

Super friendly staff, great food, good prices. Not really a place to eat in, as there are only about four tables, but didn’t take long for dinner carry out order (~10 minutes). Will be back. The chicken machete has by far the best chicken I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant or truck in town.
If you haven’t tried Don Pancho’s, you need to. By far the best Mexican food in Madison County. The service is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. We’ll definitely be back.

Not much seating. So so for atmosphere. The food was excellent, made to order. No one at our table was unhappy at the serving size portions for the price. Salsa verde and red sauce very good complement to the food. Did get the Horchata to go. Nicely done all the way around.
