The Cuban Cafe

I guess I am use to the Cuban spots in Florida..I was so excited to get me a Cuban sandwich today...sad to say it just tasted like a ham and cheese sandwich no flavor nothin...so yea idk bout this place..doesn't taste authentic Cuban sandwich should have been on POINT

it was amazing. Quaint; laid back and peaceful. the food was delicious and the hospitality was great. The owner was so nice. She stopped! and chatted with us like we were her friends. I will return

Cute quaint restaurant. Service took a very long time and rice was sooooo salty.? But, I still enjoyed my ribs and the rest of my food, and would be willing to see if it was just that day or to be expected everyday.

Great atmosphere and the good had an eclectic take on traditional Cuban dishes. They were out of my favorite ‘Ropa vieja’ , so we will need to come back soon.

Sandra was amazing and friendly. Food was amazing. I had the Cuban sandwich with french fries. We shared the fried plantains.

Food was delicious!! Our waiter did an excellent job! Sucks he was the only person running the entire front. He did the best he could.

If you have not experienced Cuban cuisine before, this is the place to go. Great menu and the food is well prepared. Only downside I can think of is that there are not many tables and you may be forced to wait. But it is well worth the wait.

Service was great and the atmosphere was nice. The food was good and quick. We tried a couple new items to us - some we liked and some we didn't but that was our tastes and not the food itself.

Food was good and the guy in the front was very nice both on the phone and when I went in to pay. Although I got everything else, I didn't get the malt that I ordered and didn't realize till I went home. Only reason I'm leaving 4 stars

Delicious sit down restaurant that has something everyone will like. Great bar drinks as well. Highly recommend the Lechon Flatbread and Fricasse de Pollo.It's always sad to see Chilli's slammed and Cuban Cafe nearly empty. Give this place some love.

Great food. My wife is from Miami and has had genuine Cuban food there in Miami. She stated this food was great .

Very tasty food with cuban touch. The ambience and music was very appealing to stay longer in the restaurant. I hope they can reinstate soo the salsa dancing nights.

The Cuban cafe food and service are amazing! Iit's been almost three months since my last visit there and the server remembered my wife and I and what we ate the last time!

Decorations were appropriate and the location seemed nice but a cubano sandwich took almost an hour to get out. Either there is only one chef back there or the operation needs to be improved upon. This will be my first and last time here.And just another thing, if your calling yourself a cuban cafe... at least but some better rum behind the bar than bacardi and cap morgan. You could easily have plantation, or bumbu, or kirk and sweeney, or brugal 1888.. all would raise the caliber of the drinks sold.Edit: I would have just left one review, but since I cannot reply to your exasperared statement, I will leave another with a lesser review.It is a tragedy to me that you would spent so much time argueing with someone on the internet than solve the problems at hand or at least staff your location better . You make me sad, with 12 years in the industry I am aware that a cubano isnt a 1 minute occasion but I know it is a 15 minute one. Go to Havanna, you will see that most traditional sandwiches take at least 15 minutes to make... but I do not expect you to know this. I wish you luck, I hope your customers continue to visit you, because based soley on your response... you are not worth their time or money. Your bartender and server did an excellent job and I wish them the best. Though I personally believe they are wasting their time with an owner that would rather argue with someone online than pay them what they are owed or give them enough staffing to make their jobs better.
