Arrived at 12 today, birthday treat for my Mom. Unfortunately, no one was in the building despite hours being posted to open at 12pm. We sat and waited outside for a while but no one ever came. Other customers came and left because they were still closed. Mom and I decided to go to a store nearby. We called to see if they were open after we finished, a guy answered. I told him what happened and he didn’t apologize or seem to care so I took her to Edgar’s instead. Sorry but we won’t be back. Very disappointed.

Pretty expensive but tasty. The October specials did not look quite like advertised so kind of disappointed. But overall good glad we tried it.

If this was the greatest milkshake I ever had, I could understand the $17 price tag. But it sucked. it was mostly milk with a store bought mini cupcake stuck to the side. "Souvenir cup Mason jar" or not, there's no reality in which nearly 20 bucks for a sucky milkshake makes sense. And I can't hardly justify $4 for a single scoop of Blue Bell ice cream, either.
The atmosphere was fine and cute and whatever, but the place was clearly understaffed, the worker was overworked and got our order incorrect. That's a management problem for sure. The employee was fine, he was polite and worked quickly to get things ready when we ordered. There was no music playing in the background at the place, and it could use some more cleaning and restocking in the bathroom. Again, without enough employees that stuff doesn't get done so management should hire more people and pay them more, based on the menu prices.
Not coming back because it was appalling how disappointing it was for such high price.

They have a lot to choose from. We enjoyed it and we will continue to visit this place.

We were first timers and we stated that, but weren’t really told how this place works. We shortly figured out that it’s a tad more expensive than your average ice cream parlor, but the portions are the size of a mason jar and you get to take the mason jar home. There is also a wash station inside for you to rinse your jar and head on home without the sticky mess traveling with you. We love how unique this place was and the ice cream was delicious! They also have a beautiful patio area to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

I recently tried the cookie brownie milkshake, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The shake itself was decent, but the edible decorations, particularly the cookies, were a letdown—they were stale and overly bland, which took away from the overall enjoyment. On the bright side, the environment was pleasant and welcoming, making it a nice place to relax. However, I was concerned to see that the employees were not wearing hairnets, which raised some hygiene concerns. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I like that they offer a vegan option, but it doesn't taste good at all! At least not when my family and I went. We tried the "Not Milk" Sundae, and it all tasted completely artificial. Way too sweet and not at all like ice cream! I'm a big fan of vegan desserts, but I couldn't even finish this one... Updated from previous review on 2024-08-16

My niece and nephew enjoyed their treats. However, I was disappointed that when we walked into the establishment we was not greeted. The young lady was not wearing a hair net and unfortunately in my Oreo bowl her hair was in it. A young gentleman threw it away and made me a fresh one. I wish the owner will work with their staff and teach them good customer service and also enforce that all employees wear a hairnet.
