This place was awesome, and the food was absolutely fabulous. It was a little sugary, but if you have a high tolerance, unlike me, you could finish it all they also let you take your cups home I think they may not now because I came here in 2017 on a family trip but this place was awesome and I hope that even if I post this message 7 years later that this place is still doing greatWheelchair accessibility: I believe they have a ramp and ends of the tables that are wheelchair accessible please keep in mind that I am going off of memory from 7 years ago

I always tell my friends and family about this place, there’s something for everyone!
Disappointing. Staff didn’t seem to want to be bothered by customers. They weren’t even out there when we came in but eventually came out to ask what we wanted. Didn’t ask if we had been there before or offer to assist us in anyway. When I got my order (the unicorn with a substitution of a mermaid tail instead of the cone, and icing instead of marshmallow cream on the rim) it didn’t have any toppings on it except the mermaid tail. No cotton candy, no airhead xtreme, just plain normal whipped cream and sprinkles, icing, and the mermaid tail. Just super disappointing for the price plus we drove an hour to come because I had seen so many awesome ads and I’m pregnant so this was supposed to be a little treat.

Most overpriced milkshake I have ever gotten. $17 before tip. Was flabbergasted when two milkshakes were $40 total. Have decided that I'd rather just make my own milkshakes from now on. The worst part was the milkshakes were kinda bland. And the doughnut that came on top was stale.

Ice cream is good and I think the inside is really cute! Me and my partner have been twice since moving to the area and the only dislike I have is that the staff aren’t very friendly and seem to be mad when someone comes in.

Never have all that’s on their menu. We would love more vegan options but they never all of the options that online says they have. But ice cream good though, I guess. It’ll be different if dude with the glasses was nice about it and would accommodate, like even a sorry will do. That what happens when you leave kids to run the store.
The milkshakes were amazing...even ended up with the toppers as dessert to take home! It took a tiny bit longer to make them than expected and that's ok I understand that...but perhaps this location could boost moral across employees with their own flavor combinations that get to be specially featured for the day or week, maybe location specific kinda in store only not advertised kind of thing? Just an idea, because in my experience it's the small building and space that makes the time seem longer, if there was some kind of interaction or flair like Shogun, or just a distraction in the way you suggestive sell flavors...it's a lot to take in ..so a way to help people make a choice...a script-ish kind of welcoming instructions on this concept ... because it's not just an ice cream shop or a milkshake...you walk in and get inundated so the quiet "can I take your order" makes it feel like a negative inundated or that you want to make a quick choice because "she seems to hate her job or I'm taking too long" with the "can I take your order" kinda welcome to the bar .. maybe when there is a long line since you're bound to repeat yourself a million times, address the line loudly with your intro script about daily/monthly flavor suggestions and then individually when you speak to each customer ..then you can one on one use personal likes about what youve sampled to help those of us on the fence about which to get that we have narrowed choice down to two...Again, nothing wrong with the place, the brand, the menu offerings...just seems like such a fun place to have the atmosphere it does..but thats being a bit extreme I guess, but details got the milkshake yard bar on the map (:

Good ice cream and good milkshakes but extremely pricey if getting anything other than plain ice cream scoops. Neat store with some things worth the money

As a vegan it is hard to a find a milkshake anywhere! And so I am always pleasantly surprised to enjoy creamy icecream here! My experience at the yard was pleasant (even when we arrived close to closing) . I got a vegan vanilla milkshake with some vegan chocolate chunk blended into it and a little bit of peanut butter drizzle. It was super rich and tasty so if you have a sweet tooth then the Yard is definitely for you! :DVegetarian options: There are two fully vegan ice creams which can be blended with either chocolate or vanilla non dairy milk when in stock. They have several toppings you can add like strawberries, Oreos, sprinkles and peanut butter etc. to add personalized flavor. They also have a vegan whipped cream which is more semi-sweet but it does have a thicker texture so I usually don’t get that, be it was fun to have that option as well! Enjoy!!

At $17 for ice cream in a jar, it's a shame that they don't honor discount pricing for jars from other "The Yard" stores! You can purchase a Mason jar anywhere for a $1. Get the ice cream in a bowl and enjoy the savings.

I got the peanut butter ice cream which was delicious. I'm not much of a sweets person so It was a bit much after a while because there is a ton of whip and a whole brownie, but still tasted good. Next time I would definitely not go with a heavy flavor. The person that took my order was nice as well. The tables..could be cleaned more often and the floors. There was only one girl working up front so i understand she can't do everything.
