I used to love going to this place, but they have gotten so inconsistent. The teas are tasty, but every time I stop by during regular hours, they're closed; even if it says they're open online.
Either be more consistent in having the shop open when you say it is, or adjust your hours so customers aren't constantly getting disappointed.

I just stopped by here to get myself and a friend a tea bomb, the sign on the door 7am-7pm, it is 3pm and the door is locked, no signs stating why.
