Server was awesome. The food exceeded my expectations and the drinks were really good. I have no complaints, honestly. I was full but their desserts looked too good to leave out. I was not disappointed. I'll definitely be back.

we get there at 6 for a reservation they are understaffed of course so we wait for 25 mins before we even put our drinks in then we went ahead and got a starter and waited another 30 mins for that ordered food waited 48 mins for that and the fish was undercooked the steak was overcooked and all for 150 dollars for 2 people to be there for 3 hours bottom line if you are understaffed don't have every table open to where one waitress has 20 tables she has to worry about

Service was very good. Music was too loud. Spicy balls were very good. The lobster bisque seem to be a little over cooked. My wife' crab cakes and my steak was excellent. We also had the blueberry cheese cake that was excellent.

All of our food items were very good. Crab Cakes were the best we've had in Huntsville, Rib Eye was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The Lobster Bisque was a little flat...maybe just our taste buds. Our sever was attentive without being a pest and kept our glasses full. Tom Brown's is an upscale restaurant and the prices reflect it! While it was applicable to us, the children's menu items were cleverly and accurately named!

Food was great and waiter was excellent. We were celebrating our 27th anniversary and I requested a private table in a corner. They put us at the back of the restaurant but right by a big party of 8🥹. That was my only issue.

Always an excellent dining experience. Lovely atmosphere. Service, by Alex, outstanding. Ditch the chain restaurants and enjoy a meal at Tom Brown's!

When trying to be a place for special occasions to have MTV music videos on the TV and playing throughout the venue was a bit aggrevating.

We were celebrating a birthday and I made reservations. We were seated in the “ booth like” section and although there weren't a lot of people it took awhile before a server came but he was pleasant and our service was not bad. My scallops were good however my husband said his fish was overcooked/ dry and the side of collards was not his favorite. His slice of birthday cheesecake ( nice of the restaurant to provide) and my carrot cake were okay but I wouldn't order the carrot cake again. The experience was okay but just okay

The food was superb! Steaks to perfection, fried okra maybe best ever, and the smokey old fashioned was a perfect cocktail. Pricey but worth it!

My steak was very overcooked. They brought me a new one that was purple. Asked them to cook it to medium. It came back out well done again. Not the first time this has happened.

We've been long time fans of Tom Brown's in Madison. Thankfully we came back today. On one of the busiest days of the year, we were completely blown away by the service, food, and ambiance. The entire staff could not have been more kind, considerate, and accommodating in every way. Despite a previous disappointment due to an episode of poor service from a prior employee, we gave one of our favorite restaurants another chance. Thank goodness we did.

We have been to Tom Browns before and this trip was a definite disappointment. Service was extremely slow and inattentive. Food was marginal. Bathrooms not being monitored, no paper towels nor toilet paper in men's and women's restrooms. When we asked to take home our leftovers, we had to box ourselves (in the past, they did it and put it in a nice bag). Such a disappointment

The oysters have too much cream cheese. Tom Browns was out of redfish so they sub it for a "similar" fish that was not good, I sent it back. What happened to cauliflower mash? Those garlic mash potatoes are brown & disgusting. I enjoyed the sautéed crab claws. The fried green tomatoes are missing seasoning & are fried ro hard. Please bring back your old menu!! The graham cracker crust on cheese cake needs some sugar & a little firmness. The only thing that made this visit worthwhile was the waitress & crawfish julie.
