I walked in and my online order wasn’t ready yet. I told the guy who I was and that I can wait for the smoothie. Time goes by, and he finished making a smoothie and placed in the online pickup area. After 5 minutes, I decided to check if that was my drink and there it was. He could have at least said that my order was ready. He did this with a couple other people too. Terrible customer service.

Service was terrible. The lady in charge was rude to another customer while we were there. Worst experience I’ve had at a tropical smoothie. Our food came out in 20 mins and smoothies took an hour. Never again.

Love this place! My friend lives in New Market and bought my first açaí bowl and I ventured here to buy my own. It was the same franchise and did not fail. I really enjoyed it. It was nice and clean. The employees were polite and courteous. The location was away from the main street and has ample parking. Freddy’s is across the lot, so my grand can get his treats and I, mine!

There was a guy in there pretty young maybe 18 to 23 he was very helpful I came in after leaving the hospital at around 2:15 2:20 and I was still a bit drowsy from my medication he helped me gave me water and an apple on top of kept an eye on me until my uber came and picked me up he’s such a great worker and deserves something for his great work! I tried calling the store to get a name but no answer if you’re reading this Thank you young man! We need more people in the world like you! I have something for you I hope to catch you again one day!

TS is my favorite restaurant chain in recent years, and this is consistently the best Tropical Smoothie in Huntsville. They always deliver quality sandwiches and wraps, which cannot readily be said for the other cafes. Employees are always prompt and friendly.

I order online at 10:36am. But didn't realize I ordered ar the wrong location. I immediately called the store only to get the operator stating the number is now changed. I had to drive from Decatur, Ala after I got off work to this location to get my refund. The manager, and employee was not apologetic at all for the inconvenience of the phone line not working to serve customers! He voided my order. And sent me on my way. Very unprofessional.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We went to the store at 8 40 and they refused us service, they don't close until 9pm. I explain to the girls that was working that we still had 20mins, she said well they stop serving at 8 30. As we were walking out, they started cutting all the lights off to look as if they were closed. I'm upset at how the situation was handled because they showed no empthay at all.. it was like they wanted to say get here by 8 30 or don't come at all, even though they close at 9.

Went for the first time for yesterday for lunch (take-out). I got the pesto chicken flatbread and the Beach Bum smoothie - no turbinado sugar. Sandwich and smoothie were delicious! I thought the value/quality was fabulous and will absolutely become a regular customer.
Smoothie bowls are pre made and frozen. Just go to Nautical Bowls up the road.

Has the potential to be really good, but recently the quality seems to have went down. Their quesidillas in particular being really bad, with them barely having anything in them. Their portions overall seem to be getting smaller.

My daughter was in your establishment yesterday 7/11/2024 and had ordered an Acai Bowl with no coconut as she is allergic to coconut. Thankfully she looked at what was in the bowl before she ate it because there was coconut in it. We have a copy of the receipt which clearly reads no coconut and the person that took the order was the one that made the order. We also have a picture of the bowl with coconut in it. You might want to make sure your employees pay better attention to what they are doing as this could have been very bad for all if my daughter had not examined the bowl first.
