Gave me the wrong food and once I called she said the manger said “ I’m busy” and hung up in my face. Came up there and they would not replace it. I did not get what I ordered and manger extremely rude! Short hair pixie cut with glasses African American manger. My smoothie also was contaminated with a previous order. Was not made correct 0/10 experience will never be back. Ordered a bacon all American rap and receive something else.

Yelling at me over the phone as if I was lying. Ordered an all American bacon rap and got this. Smoothie was contaminated with another smoothie and didn’t taste like it was made correct. Will not be back terrible service.

I loved TSC in Florida, the people welcomed you in, everyone was happy and in a good mood. But this one is awful. The smoothies are never consistent the attitudes are terrible, they’re always out of things, the lids are always popping off ready to spill the smoothie everywhere. Just all around sucks! I just make smoothies at home at this point.
I walked in and my online order wasn’t ready yet. I told the guy who I was and that I can wait for the smoothie. Time goes by, and he finished making a smoothie and placed in the online pickup area. After 5 minutes, I decided to check if that was my drink and there it was. He could have at least said that my order was ready. He did this with a couple other people too. Terrible customer service.

Service was terrible. The lady in charge was rude to another customer while we were there. Worst experience I’ve had at a tropical smoothie. Our food came out in 20 mins and smoothies took an hour. Never again.

Love this place! My friend lives in New Market and bought my first açaí bowl and I ventured here to buy my own. It was the same franchise and did not fail. I really enjoyed it. It was nice and clean. The employees were polite and courteous. The location was away from the main street and has ample parking. Freddy’s is across the lot, so my grand can get his treats and I, mine!
